本实用新型公开一种蓄电池引出端子,包括引出端子本体,为带状,所述的引出端子本体由连接部、转接部及接线部构成,连接部、转接部及接线部由同一导电体弯制而成,连接部与接线部分别位于相互平行的上下两个平面,并通过转接部连接,转接部分别与连接部和接线部垂直,连接部上设极柱连接孔,接线部上设接线螺栓孔。本实用新型的蓄电池引出端子结构,由同一导电体弯制而成,较传统引出端子有效的减少了弯折数量及弯折角度,使引出端子制作工艺更加简单,且避免了额外增加电池装配高度,同时引出端子连接部距电池盒端子凹槽平面空间更大,胶层更厚实,极大的提高密封效果。

本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池引出端子,属蓄电池技术领域。 
背景技术
蓄电池必须通过正、负极引出端子实现与外部电路或用电设备联结,引出端子透出蓄电池槽盖的极柱焊接在一起,由于极柱高于蓄电池槽盖,因此目前的需要增加蓄电池外壳高度,目前所使用的引出端子为了迎合蓄电池外壳结构均设置了向上90度方向向上弯折然后输出蓄电池外壳,在输出外壳后再进行90度方向向下弯折,该种结构要求蓄电池安装尺寸增高量明显,在与外围设备连结带来了一定的安全隐患,因此在大电流蓄电池中迫切需要一种结构简单可靠引出端子。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的就在于克服上述不足,提供一种蓄电池引出端子。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现: 
一种蓄电池引出端子,包括引出端子本体,为带状,所述的引出端子本体由连接部、转接部及接线部构成,连接部、转接部及接线部由同一导电体弯制而成,连接部与接线部分别位于相互平行的上下两个平面,并通过转接部连接,转接部分别与连接部和接线部垂直,连接部上设极柱连接孔,接线部上设接线螺栓。
本实用新型的蓄电池引出端子结构,较传统引出端子有效的的减少了弯折数量及弯折角度,使引出端子制作工艺更加简单,且避免了额外增加电池装配高度,同时引出端子连接部距电池盒端子凹槽平面空间更大,胶层更厚实,极大的提高密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种蓄电池引出端子,包括引出端子本体,为带状,所述的引出端子本体由连接部1、转接部2及接线部3构成,连接部1、转接部2及接线部3由同一导电体弯制而成,连接部1与接线部3分别位于相互平行的上下两个平面,并通过转接部2连接,转接部2分别与连接部1和接线部3垂直,连接部1上设极柱连接孔4,接线部3上设接线螺栓5。 
安装引出端子时,首先通过引出端子连接部上的连接孔与蓄电池极柱连接并用胶体等进行必要的密封,然后根据引出端子具体厚度及转接部长度在蓄电池外壳上开出引出端子过线槽,外部线路或用电器通过接线部上设接线螺栓与引出端子连接。

1.一种蓄电池引出端子,包括引出端子本体,为带状,其特征在于:所述的引出端子本体由连接部、转接部及接线部构成,连接部、转接部及接线部由同一导电体弯制而成,连接部与接线部分别位于相互平行的上下两个平面,并通过转接部连接,转接部分别与连接部和接线部垂直,连接部上设极柱连接孔,接线部上设接线螺栓。
