本实用新型涉及带3字型叠焊传热翅板的插入式热管太阳集热元件。
背景技术
采用插入式热管真空集热管可制造管内无水的太阳能集热器。但现有的插入式热管真空集热管,其热管热端与传热翅板间的连接状态不够理想。这导致热阻增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供带3字型叠焊传热翅板的插入式热管太阳集热元件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案:用真空集热管、插入真空集热管的热管和传热翅片组成组成一个带3字型叠焊传热翅板的插入式热管太阳集热元件。传热翅板用两片夹裹热管热端的金属板叠焊连接制成。要求传热翅片具有与真空集热管内腔及热管热端相吻合的外形、传热翅片紧压在真空集热管内腔及热管热端上并且紧压接触的面积尽可能大。制作传热翅板的材料包括镀锌钢板、镀铝锌钢板、镀铝钢板以及铝板。
具体制造时,可采用两片对称夹裹热管热端的金属板用电阻焊叠焊制造传热翅板。
传热翅片紧压接触在真空集热管内腔的面积最好大于真空集热管内腔面积的40%。
传热翅片紧压接触在热管热端的面积最好大于热管热端面积的50%。
本实用新型的有益效果包括:以较低的成本实现真空集热管——传热翅板——热管热端的可靠、低热阻连接。具有弹性的3字型传热翅板能以合理的压力同时接触真空集热管内腔及热管热端。并能容忍热管冷端较大的装配误差。金属板采用叠焊连接牢固、平整、光洁、美观、有弹性。传热翅片具有与真空集热管内腔相吻合的外形并紧压在真空集热管内腔、传热翅片具有与热管热端相吻合的外形并紧压在热管热端,以及传热翅片紧压接触在真空集热管内腔的面积大于真空集热管内腔面积的40%、传热翅片紧压接触在热管热端的面积大于热管热端面积的50%有利于减小热阻及固定热管。

具体实施方法
图1中,用真空集热管1、插入真空集热管1的热管2和传热翅片3组成组成一个带3字型叠焊传热翅板的插入式热管太阳集热元件。传热翅板3用两片夹裹热管2热端的铝板4、5叠焊连接制成。共有两处叠焊结合部6。传热翅片3具有与真空集热管1内腔7相吻合的外形并紧压在真空集热管1内腔7表面。两者接触面积大于真空集热管1内腔7面积的40%。传热翅片3还具有与热管2热端相吻合的外形并紧压在热管2热端表面,两者接触面积大于热管2热端面积的50%。

Claims (4)

1.带3字型叠焊传热翅板的插入式热管太阳集热元件,由真空集热管、插入真空集热管的热管和传热翅片组成;要求传热翅片具有与真空集热管内腔及热管热端相吻合的外形、要求传热翅片紧压在真空集热管内腔及热管热端上并且紧压接触的面积尽可能大;制作传热翅板的材料包括镀锌钢板、镀铝锌钢板、镀铝钢板以及铝板,其特征在于含有由两片夹裹热管热端的金属板叠焊连接制成的传热翅板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集热元件,其特征在于传热翅板含有两片对称夹裹热管热端的金属板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集热元件,其特征在于传热翅片紧压接触真空集热管内腔的面积大于真空集热管内腔面积的40%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集热元件,其特征在于传热翅片紧压接触热管热端的面积大于热管热端面积的50%。
