本实用新型公开了一种刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,所述闸阀的阀体由前半阀体和后半阀体对合构成,所述前半阀体的阀腔内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径,在所述前半阀体的阀腔内设置导流环,所述导流环的外圆周面与前半阀体的阀腔内壁过盈密封配合,导流环的内圆周面为锥面,所述导流环内径小的一端朝向所述后半阀体一侧,且导流环的最小内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径。导流环可起到保护后半阀体及密封圈的作用,从而提高整个闸阀的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环。
背景技术:
参考图1,现有单向密封的刀形闸阀,按流体介质的通行方向,阀体可分为前半阀体和后半阀体,前半阀体的阀腔内径大于后半阀体的阀腔内径,使用中,流体介质直接冲刷后半阀体阀腔的端面以及后半阀体与闸板之间的密封圈,因此经常出现因后半阀体及密封圈局部损坏而导致整个闸阀报废的现象,浪费较严重。
发明内容:
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,以保护后半阀体及闸板与后半阀体之间的密封圈。
本实用新型解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,所述闸阀的阀体由前半阀体和后半阀体对合构成,所述前半阀体的阀腔内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径,在所述前半阀体的阀腔内设置导流环,所述导流环的外圆周面与前半阀体的阀腔内壁过盈密封配合,导流环的内圆周面为锥面,所述导流环内径小的一端朝向所述后半阀体一侧,且导流环的最小内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径。
本实用新型的结构特点也在于:所述导流环内径大的一端的端面一体式设置有环状外翻边。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果体现在:
本实用新型设置锥度导流环,安装于前半阀体的阀腔中,导流环的内圆周面为锥面,其内径小的一端朝向后半阀体一侧,并且导流环的最小内径大于后半阀体的阀腔内径。在流体介质流经闸阀的阀腔通道时,导流环可将流体导向后半阀体阀腔的中部,避免流体直接冲刷后半阀体阀腔的端面以及后半阀体与闸板之间的密封圈,起到保护的作用。

实施例:结合图2,本实施例刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,闸阀的阀体由前半阀体1和后半阀体2对合构成,前半阀体1的阀腔内径大于后半阀体2的阀腔内径,在前半阀体1的阀腔内设置导流环3,导流环的外圆周面与前半阀体1的阀腔内壁过盈密封配合,导流环3的内圆周面为锥面,其内径小的一端朝向后半阀体2一侧,且导流环的最小内径略大于后半阀体2的阀腔内径。具体设置中,为便于导流环的安装及提高导流环与前半阀体阀腔之间的密封程度,在导流环3内径大的一端的端面一体式设置有环状外翻边4,装配时,外翻边4贴合前半阀体阀腔的外端面上并通过法兰盘压紧。使用中,闸板5的上端连接有阀杆6,通过阀杆6提升闸板5闸阀开启,流体经导流环3内壁的导流,不会冲刷后半阀体2的前端面,也不会冲刷闸板5与后半阀体之间的密封圈7,起到保护后半阀体2和密封圈7的作用。从而提高闸阀的使用寿命。

1.刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,所述闸阀的阀体由前半阀体(1)和后半阀体(2)对合构成,所述前半阀体的阀腔内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径,其特征是在所述前半阀体的阀腔内设置导流环(3),所述导流环(3)的外圆周面与前半阀体(1)的阀腔内壁过盈密封配合,导流环(3)的内圆周面为锥面,所述导流环内径小的一端朝向所述后半阀体(2)一侧,且导流环的最小内径大于所述后半阀体的阀腔内径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀形闸阀阀座锥度导流环,其特征是所述导流环(3)内径大的一端的端面一体式设置有环状外翻边(4)。
