本实用新型属于立磨减速机技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及立磨减速机传动机构。
背景技术
如图3所示,传统的立磨减速机传动机构,包括输入轴1和传动轴3,其中输入轴1水平设置,在输入轴右端设有锥齿轮2,该锥齿轮2的右方竖直设置所述传动轴3,该传动轴3上设有伞齿轮6,该伞齿轮6与所述锥齿轮2相啮合,这样就形成输入级齿轮减速,此外,传统结构还有一级行星减速,本领域所属技术人员均知晓,在此不做赘述。为了达到要求的减速比,现在一般将输入级的减速比设得较大,这样就会导致输入级的载荷较大、齿轮寿命短,同时,为了满足强度要求,必须将锥齿轮、伞齿轮造得很大,这样又增大了制造难度、增加了成本,为此,亟需解决上述技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种立磨减速机传动机构,能有效减小输入级的减速比。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种立磨减速机传动机构,包括输入轴和传动轴,其中输入轴水平设置,在输入轴右端设有锥齿轮,该锥齿轮的右方竖直设置所述传动轴,其特征在于:在所述传动轴与锥齿轮之间竖直设置平行轴,该平行轴上设有小齿轮和伞齿轮,其中伞齿轮与所述锥齿轮啮合,小齿轮与大齿轮啮合,该大齿轮套装在所述传动轴上。
本实用新型在传统结构的基础上,在所述传动轴与锥齿轮之间竖直设置平行轴,该平行轴上设有小齿轮和伞齿轮,其中伞齿轮与所述锥齿轮啮合,小齿轮与大齿轮啮合,该大齿轮套装在所述传动轴上。采用以上技术方案,本实用新型可有效减小输入级的减速比,降低齿轮的载荷,延长齿轮的使用寿命,并可在满足强度要求的前提下,将伞、锥齿轮做得相对较小,这样就能降低加工难度,降低成本。
所述伞齿轮位于该锥齿轮的下方或上方,以上结构作为本实用新型的两个实施例,可使本实用新型在相同输入旋向下得到两个不同的输出旋向,当然,在相同输出旋向的情况下,可以有不同的输入旋向,以此来满足不同用户的使用要求。
作为优化,所述小齿轮一体形成在平行轴上。
有益效果:本实用新型结构简单,能有效减小输入级的减速比,降低输入级的载荷,进而可将锥齿轮、伞齿轮做得相对较小,降低制造成本。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1所示,一种立磨减速机传动机构,由输入轴1、锥齿轮2、传动轴3、平行轴4、小齿轮5、伞齿轮6和大齿轮7等部件构成,其中输入轴1水平设置,在输入轴右端设有锥齿轮2,且该锥齿轮2一体形成在输入轴1上。在锥齿轮2的右方竖直设置所述传动轴3,传动轴3上套装有大齿轮7。在传动轴3与锥齿轮2之间竖直设置所述平行轴4,该平行轴4上设有小齿轮5和伞齿轮6,其中伞齿轮6位于锥齿轮2的下方,与所述锥齿轮2啮合。所述小齿轮5一体形成在平行轴4上,并与大齿轮7啮合,且大齿轮7与小齿轮5可为直齿轮,也可为斜齿轮,其具体选用根据实际情况做相应调整。
从图1中还可看出,所述传动轴3的上端经齿形联轴器15与轴16连接,在轴16的上端设有太阳轮9,且该太阳轮9一体形成在轴16上。太阳轮9与行星轮10啮合,且行星轮10同时与内齿圈12啮合,该内齿圈12固定不动。所述行星轮10装在行星轮轴11上,该行星轮轴11与行星架13相连,在行星架13的上端装有输出法兰14,本实用新型的其余结构与传统技术完全相同,在此不做赘述。
实施例2
如图2所述,所述伞齿轮6位于锥齿轮2的上方,并与所述锥齿轮2啮合,本实施例的其余结构与实施例1完全相同,在此不做赘述。
本实用新型在传统结构的基础上,在所述传动轴3与锥齿轮2之间竖直设置平行轴4,该平行轴4上设有小齿轮5和伞齿轮6,其中伞齿轮6与所述锥齿轮2啮合,小齿轮5与大齿轮7啮合,该大齿轮7套装在所述传动轴3上。相对于传统的二级减速,本实用新型变成三级减速,即增加了一级齿轮减速。采用以上技术方案,本实用新型可有效减小输入级的减速比,降低齿轮的载荷,延长齿轮的使用寿命,并可在满足强度要求的前提下,将锥齿轮2、伞齿轮6做得相对较小,这样就能降低加工难度,降低成本。另外,本实用新型可由一种输入旋向得到两种不同输出旋向,反之,在一种输出旋向的情况下,可以有不同的输入旋向。

1.一种立磨减速机传动机构,包括输入轴(1)和传动轴(3),其中输入轴(1)水平设置,在输入轴右端设有锥齿轮(2),该锥齿轮(2)的右方竖直设置所述传动轴(3),其特征在于:在所述传动轴(3)与锥齿轮(2)之间竖直设置平行轴(4),该平行轴(4)上设有小齿轮(5)和伞齿轮(6),其中伞齿轮(6)与所述锥齿轮(2)啮合,小齿轮(5)与大齿轮(7)啮合,该大齿轮(7)套装在所述传动轴(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立磨减速机传动机构,其特征在于:所述伞齿轮(6)位于该锥齿轮(2)的下方或上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立磨减速机传动机构,其特征在于:所述小齿轮(5)一体形成在平行轴(4)上。
