Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,在转轴(9)上安装齿轮(1),该齿轮(1)的两侧均设置有滑动轴瓦(2),各滑动轴瓦(2)与齿轮(1)之间设置有推力轴瓦(3),所述滑动轴瓦(2)和推力轴瓦(3)均为两半结构,由上、下两个半体组成,所述滑动轴瓦(2)上、下半体与推力轴瓦(3)上、下半体相接触的面之间通过相互配合的凹凸台结构定位。本实用新型将推力轴瓦外圆柱面上的环形槽取消,在推力轴瓦和滑动轴瓦的接触面上设置相互配合的凹凸台定位结构,在简化结构、方便安装操作的同时,有效降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了推力轴瓦的可靠性,延长了推力轴瓦的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中心传动减速机,特别涉及中心传动减速机的轴瓦安装结构。
背景技术
在中心传动减速机中,除高速轴外,其余轴均采用滑动轴承来支撑。中心传动减速机传递的功率为(1000~4500KW),而齿轮在啮合过程中会产生很大的轴向力,所以在一级大齿轮和二级大齿轮的支撑上同时设计有推力轴瓦,由推力轴瓦来承受齿轮啮合产生的轴向力。如图2所示,齿轮1安装于转轴9上,在齿轮1的两侧均设置有滑动轴瓦2,各滑动轴瓦2与齿轮1之间设置有推力轴瓦3。滑动轴瓦2和推力轴瓦3均为两半结构,由上、下两个半体组成,在推力轴瓦3上、下半体的外圆柱面上开一环形槽3a,用铁丝将推力轴瓦3的上、下半体捆在一起。在安装的过程中,当推力轴瓦上半体未安装时,必须由两人同时拽着铁丝的两头托着推力轴瓦的下半体,因安装空间较小,加之推力轴瓦较重(重量:20~80Kg),操作极不方便,工人的劳动强度大;中心传动减速机经一段时间运行,在振动和冲击的作用下,铁丝极容易产生塑性变形而变长,从而造成推力轴瓦下半体移位,并由此降低了推力轴瓦的可靠性及使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安装操作方便、可靠性好的中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,在转轴上安装齿轮,该齿轮的两侧均设置有滑动轴瓦,各滑动轴瓦与齿轮之间设置有推力轴瓦,所述滑动轴瓦和推力轴瓦均为两半结构,由上、下两个半体组成,其关键在于:所述滑动轴瓦上、下半体与推力轴瓦上、下半体的接触面之间通过相互配合的凹凸台结构定位。
采用以上技术方案,推力轴瓦与滑动轴瓦接触面的凹凸结构具有导向及径向定位作用,在安装时通过凹凸结构可以非常方便地将推力轴瓦的下半体从上面滑下去,不需要用人托着,不仅操作方便,而且大大降低了工人的劳动强度。同时,即使受中心传动减速机振动和冲击的作用,推力轴瓦的下半体也不会发生移位,提高了推力轴瓦的可靠性,延长了推力轴瓦的使用寿命。
作为优选,在所述滑动轴瓦朝向推力轴瓦的端面上有一环形凸台,所述推力轴瓦对应环形凸台的位置开有与之相适配的凹槽。

有益效果:本实用新型将推力轴瓦外圆柱面上的环形槽取消,在推力轴瓦和滑动轴瓦相接触的面上设置相互配合的凹凸台定位结构,在简化结构、方便安装操作的同时,有效降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了推力轴瓦的可靠性,延长了推力轴瓦的使用寿命。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
实施例1
如图1所示,在转轴9上安装齿轮1,该齿轮1的两侧均设置有滑动轴瓦2,各滑动轴瓦2位于轴承盖5和下箱体6所形成的轴承座孔中。在滑动轴瓦2与齿轮1之间设置有推力轴瓦3,所述滑动轴瓦2和推力轴瓦3均为两半结构,由上、下两个半体扣合而成,穿套在转轴9上。所述滑动轴瓦2通过第一定位销7与轴承盖5固定在一起,以限制滑动轴瓦2转动。推力轴瓦3被齿轮1和滑动轴瓦2夹紧而限位,并通过第二定位销8限制推力轴瓦3转动。在所述推力轴瓦3上、下半体朝向滑动轴瓦2的端面上均一体形成有半圆环形凸台,上、下半圆环形凸台组成环形凸台4;滑动轴瓦2上、下半体对应环形凸台4的位置开有与之相适配的半圆形凹槽。所述滑动轴瓦2上、下半体与推力轴瓦3上、下半体相接触的面之间通过相互配合的凹凸台结构定位。
实施例2
参见图1,本实施例中,在滑动轴瓦2朝向推力轴瓦3的端面上一体形成有环形凸台4,所述推力轴瓦3对应环形凸台4的位置开有与之相适配的凹槽。本实施例的其余结构与实施例1相同,在此不做赘述。
尽管以上结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行了描述,但本实用新型不限于上述具体实施方式,上述具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的而不是限定性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不违背本实用新型宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以作出多种类似的表示,如更该凸台、凹槽的形状等,这样的变换均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,在转轴(9)上安装齿轮(1),该齿轮(1)的两侧均设置有滑动轴瓦(2),各滑动轴瓦(2)与齿轮(1)之间设置有推力轴瓦(3),所述滑动轴瓦(2)和推力轴瓦(3)均为两半结构,由上、下两个半体组成,其特征在于:所述滑动轴瓦(2)上、下半体与推力轴瓦(3)上、下半体的接触面之间通过相互配合的凹凸台结构定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,其特征在于:在所述滑动轴瓦(2)朝向推力轴瓦(3)的端面上有一环形凸台(4),所述推力轴瓦(3)对应环形凸台(4)的位置开有与之相适配的凹槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,其特征在于:在所述推力轴瓦(3)朝向滑动轴瓦(2)的端面上有一环形凸台(4),所述滑动轴瓦(2)对应环形凸台(4)的位置开有与之相适配的凹槽。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的中心传动减速机轴瓦安装结构,其特征在于:所述环形凸台(4)由上下两个半圆环组成。
