本实用新型涉及一种家用电器,具体的说是关于一种电风扇。
背景技术
现有电风扇一般由机座、电动机、风叶、风罩组成,风叶固定安装于电动机转轴上,由电动机转动风叶实现送风。其缺点是风叶安装在风罩内,细条物体可以插入风罩内的风叶中,容易对小孩的手造成伤害,使用不安全。而且风叶直接送风,风速大,人体感觉不舒适。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种使用安全、风速柔和舒适的无风叶电风扇。
本实用新型的技术方案包括底座、电动机、电气控制机构,主要是底座内安装一摆动电机,该摆动电机的转轴固定连接一机体,机体上面连接着扇体,扇体上端固定连接送风环,该送风环内制有环形导风通道。扇体下端圆周制有进风口,内部设有整流罩,电动机固定安装在整流罩内,其转轴向下,转轴端部固定连接一旋风轮。整流罩具有环形通风道,该环形通风道与送风环内的环形导风通道连通。
在以上技术方案中,机体与扇体之间通过圆弧形导轨连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:旋风轮安装在扇体内,风通过送风环内的环形导风通道从导向风口吹出,具有使用安全、风速柔和、感觉舒适等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的无风叶电风扇,包括底座6、电动机10、电气控制机构7,底座6内安装一摆动电机8,该摆动电机8的转轴固定连接一机体5,机体5上面连接着扇体4,扇体4上端固定连接送风环1,该送风环1内制有环形导风通道,该环形导风通道制有环形的导向风口2。扇体4下端圆周制有进风口3,内部设有整流罩11,整流罩11具有环形通风道,该环形通风道与送风环1内的环形导风通道连通。电动机10固定安装在整流罩11内,其转轴向下,转轴端部固定连接一旋风轮9,该旋风轮9为圆锥形,锥体表面制有吸风槽,旋风轮9旋转时将风从进风口3吸入到整流罩11的环形通风道内。摆动电机8的转轴通过减速器、偏心块12、曲柄连杆13与机体5连接,在摆动电机8作360°旋转时,通过偏心块12、曲柄连杆13带动机体5作90°往返摆动。机体5与扇体4之间通过圆弧形导轨连接,通过推动扇体4在圆弧形导轨内移动,调节送风环1的仰俯角度。通过对扇体4、整流罩11的环形通风道与送风环1环形导风通道尺寸的设计,使风从进风口3吸入后经过增压从导向风口2送出。

1.一种无风叶电风扇,包括底座(6)、电动机(10)、电气控制机构(7),其特征是底座(6)内安装一摆动电机(8),该摆动电机(8)的转轴固定连接一机体(5),机体(5)上面连接着扇体(4),扇体(4)上端固定连接送风环(1),该送风环(1)内制有环形导风通道,扇体(4)下端圆周制有进风口(3),内部设有整流罩(11),电动机(10)固定安装在整流罩(11)内,其转轴向下,转轴端部固定连接一旋风轮(9),整流罩(11)具有环形通风道,该环形通风道与送风环(1)内的环形导风通道连通。
