背景技术
目前,建筑工程多为全现浇混凝土结构,其模板方案多采用组合钢模板、工具式模板和胶合板模板体系,其中由于具有通用性强、装拆方便、周转次数多等优点,被较广泛使用。作为模板主要部件的连接件,大多由紧固螺栓、U形卡、L形插销、扣件、对拉螺栓等组成。在模板支设过程中,目前普遍同时使用活动扳手、撬棍、铁锤等手头工具,来完成模板拼接(连接)操作工序,这样就会造成施工人员随身携带工具较多,负重较大,效率降低等情况,难以适应快速施工要求。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有模板施工人员随身携带工具较多,负重较大,效率降低,难以适应快速施工要求的问题,提供一种将扳手、撬棒、铁锤功能结合在一起,使用高效、方便的模板扳手。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:模板扳手,包括扳手本体,本实用新型的创新点在于扳手本体由连接在一起的扳手段和撬棒段构成,扳手段末端开有螺帽孔,撬棒段呈翘起状。所述扳手段相当于现有工具的活动扳手,所述螺帽孔规格可根据紧固螺栓、对拉螺栓的螺帽尺寸确定,可为六角螺帽孔或八角螺帽孔等;撬棒段相当于现有工具的撬棒,撬棒段微翘,便于扳手段旋转操作,同时也有利敲打动作的完成,当做铁锤使用。
所述的撬棒段末端呈圆锥形,便于撬动模板和校对模板螺栓孔。
与现有多种工具相比,本实用新型根据模板连接件配件规格相对固定,钉锤动作较小,撬动模板较轻等特点设计加工而成,将现有普通扳手、撬棒、铁锤的功能很好的结合在一起,结构简单、设计合理、极易加工,而且携带方便,大大降低操作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率和速度,适应快速施工的要求,具有一定的推广价值。

具体实施方式
模板扳手,包括扳手本体,扳手本体由连接在一起的扳手段1和撬棒段2构成,扳手段1末端开有螺帽孔3,通常为六角螺帽孔,撬棒段2呈翘起状,撬棒段2末端呈圆锥形。
在施工现场,本实用新型可采用12mm厚Q235钢板加工,扳手段长度为150mm,宽度为36mm,撬棒段长为250mm,宽为12mm,成本较低,重量仅几公斤,便于施工人员携带,提高劳动效率。

1.一种模板扳手,包括扳手本体,其特征是扳手本体由连接在一起的扳手段(1)和撬棒段(2)构成,扳手段(1)末端开有螺帽孔(3),撬棒段(2)呈翘起状。
