本实用新型属于钢腹板技术领域,涉及一种U形板加劲型波形钢腹板。
背景技术
采用波形钢腹板组合箱梁的大跨径连续梁桥,一般多采用悬臂浇筑法施工,其主梁多采用变截面高度的波形钢腹板-混凝土顶底板组成的组合箱梁。对于主梁来说,除应具有足够的强度以外,还应具有足够的刚度承受压力而不致发生失稳。为了使钢腹板不致于发生局部屈曲和整体屈曲,波形钢腹板的厚度也应加大。但是随着厚度的增大,会存在加工机械能力、部件缩短、弯曲部件韧性、应变时效(与冷弯相随的后期韧性降低)等问题,对加工设备的要求更高,其加工也更加困难,而且需要计算其屈曲脆性破坏强度,需慎重选用。因此如何增加波形钢腹板的平面外刚度成为了一个非常现实的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种板U形板加劲型波形钢腹板,可非常有效地提高波形钢腹板的平面外刚度。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
U形板加劲型波形钢腹板,包括波形钢腹板本体,所述波形钢腹板本体的一侧设有多个横截面为U形的加劲肋,U形加劲肋的开口与波形钢腹板本体相连接,每个U形加劲肋沿波形钢腹板本体的纵向方向设置。
所述相邻的U形加劲肋中心之间的间距为150-300mm。
所述U形加劲肋焊接在波形钢腹板本体的内侧。
本实用新型在波形钢腹板本体的内侧沿纵向设置多个U形加劲肋,设计时使U形加劲肋的开口与波形钢腹板本体相连,能非常有效地提高波形钢腹板的平面外刚度,进而扩大波形钢腹板的应用范围,为在更大跨度和更高主梁场合的应用提供了技术支撑。本实用新型加工容易,能节省钢材,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的U形加劲型波形钢腹板,波形钢腹板本体1的内侧沿纵向方向焊接有多个U形加劲肋2,U形加劲肋2的开口与波形钢腹板本体1相连接,相邻的U形加劲肋2中心之间的间距为150-300mm。

1.U形板加劲型波形钢腹板,包括波形钢腹板本体,其特征在于:所述波形钢腹板本体的一侧设有多个横截面为U形的加劲肋,U形加劲肋的开口与波形钢腹板本体相连接,每个U形加劲肋沿波形钢腹板本体的纵向方向设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的U形板加劲型波形钢腹板,其特征在于:所述相邻的U形加劲肋中心之间的间距为150-300mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的U形板加劲型波形钢腹板,其特征在于:所述U形加劲肋焊接在波形钢腹板本体的内侧。
