本实用新型涉及一种仓储物流、制造业等自动化输送设备,尤其涉及一种软积放皮带输送机。
背景技术
目前,输送设备种类较多,实现流水线输送主要有两种,一种是皮带式输送,另一种是滚筒式输送,其他输送方式相对较少。皮带式输送机可实现连续输送,但无法实现货物如箱体的软积放输送;滚筒式输送常用驱动方式是电机和电动滚筒两种,也可以实现连续输送,电机驱动方式实现积放输送同样存在皮带输送机的缺陷,电动滚筒驱动可实现积放输送,但成本高昂,同时也需要前端的输送设备停止运转,不断切换启停状态,不但严重降低输送效率,而且耗能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种可实现连续输送、软积放输送、输送效率高的软积放皮带输送机。
本实用新型的技术方案是:包括有皮带、滚筒、支撑槽、减速电机,所述滚筒轴的两端设置在支撑槽内,滚筒主体设置在皮带上,所述的支撑槽内底面为斜坡面,皮带下方设有托滚,托滚轴的两端设置在偏心轮上。
本实用新型的优点是:结合了皮带输送机和滚筒输送机的优点,在不停机的情况下可以方便的实现连续输送和软积放输送,不需要反复改变启停状态,大大提高了传送效率,本实用新型维护方便、结构简单、减少了能源消耗、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
软积放皮带输送机,包括有皮带1、滚筒2、支撑槽3、减速电机,所述滚筒2轴的两端设置在支撑槽3内,滚筒2主体设置在皮带1上,所述的支撑槽3内底面为斜坡面,皮带1下方设有托滚4,托滚4轴的两端设置在偏心轮5上。
本实用新型采用减速电机驱动方式,初装时是将偏心轮5调在中间位置,正常连续输送时,滚筒2位于支撑槽3的最下端,此时摩擦力最大,动力通过皮带1利用摩擦原理传送给滚筒2,通过调节偏心轮5来调节滚筒2和托滚4间的间距,来改变滚筒2和皮带1间的摩擦力,以驱动滚筒2转动,使货物在滚筒2上前行。当前方货物因分拣、工艺处理等停止时,本实用新型上的货物被前方停止货物阻挡,后续的货物逐个排队积放,因货物不能继续向前致使货物与滚筒2间的摩擦力增大,在滚筒2和货物间的摩擦力作用下滚筒2将向输送的反方向滑动,即向支撑槽3浅处滑动,于是会使各个滚筒2在各自的支撑槽3内向后向上移动,从而使滚筒2和托滚4间距加大,滚筒2与皮带1间的摩擦力减小,从而自动实现货物排队积放,且降低了设备的能源损耗。

1.软积放皮带输送机,包括有皮带、滚筒、支撑槽、减速电机,其特征在于:所述滚筒轴的两端设置在支撑槽内,滚筒主体设置在皮带上,所述的支撑槽内底面为斜坡面,皮带下方设有托滚,托滚轴的两端设置在偏心轮上。
