本实用新型涉及一种用于工业生产中的料仓出料装置，尤其涉及一种采用机械方式松动物料，防止物料在料仓出料口附近被压实、出料不畅的料仓强制出料装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中，常常需要设置料仓来储存流程中的物料。工业生产的多样化带来了生产中物料的多样化：有的物料流动性好、含水率低，从储存的料仓中出料容易；而有的物料流动性差、含水率高，从储存的料仓中出料困难。而且，工业生产规模一般都较大，单个料仓的储量大，如料仓出料不畅，往往会造成仓内物料在料仓出料口附近被压实、出料不畅，从而影响生产的正常运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是为了解决上述技术问题，而提供一种料仓强制出料装置，目的是解决料仓出料不畅的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过下述技术方案实现的：
一种料仓的强制出料装置，它包括料仓锥底、出料口，轴端固定装置固定在料仓锥底的仓壁上；搅动装置上端与轴端固定装置连接，搅动装置下端与驱动装置相联结；料仓锥底的下端与壳体连接，出料口设置在壳体上，驱动装置通过连接法兰密封盘固定在壳体上。
所述的搅动装置下端通过联轴器与驱动装置相联结。
所述的料仓锥底的下端通过法兰与壳体连接。
所述的搅动装置由轴和焊接在轴上的螺旋叶片构成。
所述的轴上端高出料仓锥底出料口1-5米。
所述的搅动装置通过联轴器与驱动装置连接。

本实用新型通过在料仓锥底出料口处安装一个强制出料装置，能防止料仓内物料在仓底出料口附近被压实，从而实现料仓出料顺畅，保证生产的正常运行，其结构简单、拆卸维修方便、使用寿命长。

图1所示是本实用新型料仓的强制出料装置的结构示意图，其结构如下：轴端固定装置2固定在料仓锥底1的仓壁上；搅动装置3上端被轴端固定装置2限位，下端通过联轴器与驱动装置7相联结；壳体4上下都有法兰，上法兰与料仓锥底1出料口上的法兰相接、下法兰与连接法兰密封盘6相接，壳体4上设有出料口5；驱动装置7通过连接法兰密封盘6与壳体的下法兰连接并固定在壳体4上。连接法兰密封盘6具有将料仓内物料与驱动装置隔开及固定驱动装置的双重作用。
所述的搅动装置3由轴和焊接在轴上的螺旋叶片构成，且轴上端高出料仓锥底出料口1-5米。
上述搅动装置3通过联轴器与驱动装置7连接在一起。
搅动装置3在驱动装置7的作用下转动，将处于仓底的物料松动并将物料强制排至出料口5，从而实现了料仓内的物料顺利排出。

1.一种料仓的强制出料装置，它包括料仓锥底(1)、出料口(5)，其特征在于轴端固定装置(2)固定在料仓锥底(1)的仓壁上；搅动装置(3)上端与轴端固定装置(2)连接，搅动装置(3)下端与驱动装置(7)相联结；料仓锥底(1)的下端与壳体(4)连接，出料口(5)设置在壳体(4)上，驱动装置(7)通过连接法兰密封盘(6)固定在壳体(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的料仓的强制出料装置，其特征在于所述的搅动装置(3)下端通过联轴器与驱动装置(7)相联结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的料仓的强制出料装置，其特征在于所述的料仓锥底(1)的下端通过法兰与壳体(4)连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的料仓的强制出料装置，其特征在于所述的搅动装置(3)由轴和焊接在轴上的螺旋叶片构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的料仓的强制出料装置，其特征在于所述的轴上端高出料仓锥底出料口1-5米。
6.根据权利要求1或4所述的料仓的强制出料装置，其特征在于所述的搅动装置(3)通过联轴器与驱动装置连接。
