背景技术:
现有的聚氨酯棒条筛板,是用钢板对焊成矩形钢管,在钢管上均布有通孔,各通孔内分别穿入有并列的钢棒条,以钢棒条为骨架在其外表面硫化一层聚氨酯。这种有骨架的聚氨酯棒条筛板,在使用中经常出现棒条断裂、硫化聚氨酯部分脱落等现象,严重影响筛分效果。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐磨、耐腐蚀、韧性强、谐振性能好,有利于提高筛分效率的无骨架聚氨酯棒条筛板。 
本实用新型的技术解决方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有一个棒条筛板,其特征在于:棒条筛板的各棒条均由耐磨的聚氨酯硫化成横截面为长方形立式棒条。本产品具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、韧性强,谐振性能好的优点,特别适用于高炉槽下焦碳的分级。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型是对现有棒条筛的基础上作出的改进,它包括有用边板2、钢板3、连接板5和圆钢4焊接成的筛板框架,在筛板框架内端均布有由聚氨酯硫化成形,邵氏硬度为100±5的无骨架聚氨酯棒条1,各棒条横截面的形状为立式长方形。本筛板不但具有优异的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐油、耐老化性能,同时还具有很强的韧性,棒条在筛板振动时能产生较强的二次高谐振,有效地防止出现堵孔现象。
