本实用新型公开了一种斜形磁极转子,其特征在于:所述的斜形磁极转子由转子冲片按一定的长度规格叠压并旋转一定的角度A后,在转子冲片焊缝处焊接而成,顶面转子冲片与底面转子冲片相对于转轴孔偏转一定的角度,转子槽形内壁为斜壁状。由于本实用新型发电机将转子扭过一个角度形成斜极,而定子则为直槽,同样实现了均衡气隙磁导,改善电压波形的效果。达到了与定子“斜槽”同样的效果,有效地降低了发电机输出电压畸变率,故是一种理想的新型发电机转子装置。

本实用新型涉及到一种发电机转子,尤其涉及到一种斜形磁极转子。
背景技术
电机定转子间的空气隙中磁场总是非正弦的,包含丰富的多次谐波,它们分别在绕组中产生感应电动势,使电压波形产生畸变。另:由于定子开槽使槽口处磁导变小,引起电机气隙的磁导沿圆周发生齿数相关的分布变化,使谐波中与次数为定子齿数倍数的谐波(称作齿谐波)值加大。设计中通常用不同绕组的分布和跨距来削弱谐波,但齿谐波不能用改变绕组的方法来削弱。所以,常把定子槽扭斜一个齿距,而磁极仍然是直的,这样磁极扫过槽口时磁导变化较小,以此来改善电压波形,普通发电机为了降底感应电动势中的非正弦波分量,改善输出电压的波形,通常将定子外圆扭过一个角度,形成“斜槽”以改善波形效果。但对于无整体机壳的小型发电机,由于前后端盖的拉紧螺栓必须穿过定子铁芯的直线孔,因此无法采用该办法来改善电压波形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中不足之处而提供一种斜形磁极转子。本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:转子冲片按一定的长度规格叠压并旋转一定的角度后,在转子冲片焊缝处焊接成转子铁芯,从而使得顶面转子冲片与底面转子冲片相对于转轴孔偏转一定的角度。转子槽形内壁形成斜壁状。
综上所述,由于本实用新型发电机将磁极(转子)扭过一个角度形成斜极,而定子则为直槽,同样实现了均衡气隙磁导,改善电压波形的效果。达到了与定子“斜槽”同样的效果,有效地降低了发电机输出电压畸变率。改善了国标T、H、D<15%变为<5%的低畸变率。故是一种理想的新型发电机转子装置。

现结合附图详述本实用新型具本实施方式,如图2、图3所示,本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:转子冲片1按一定的长度规格叠压并旋转一定的角度A后,在转子冲片焊缝2处焊接成转子铁芯3,从而使得顶面转子冲片6与底面转子冲片7相对于转轴孔4偏转一定的角度A,致使转子槽形5内壁形成斜壁状。
