Abstract

一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、容置于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及部分遮覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸的舌板,基部和舌板之间形成收容槽。遮蔽壳体包括延伸入收容槽而遮蔽舌板的筒状部。所述绝缘本体具有凸伸入收容槽的若干凸台,所述筒状部嵌入所述凸台。本实用新型电连接器实现了遮蔽壳体和绝缘本体的无间隙配合。

【技术领域】
本实用新型有关一种电连接器组件,尤其是指一种与对接连接器插接的微型USB电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
中国发明专利第CN100557893号揭示了一种USB电连接器,包括壳体、并列安装于该壳体的多个端子及覆盖所述壳体的局部的壳体盖。所述壳体具有朝连接对象突出、且沿着该突出方向排列着所述多个端子和闩锁构件的端子支承部。所述壳体盖具有沿着所述突出方向覆盖所述端子支承部的筒状部,所述壳体在所述端子支承部的基端侧具有在与所述突出方向相反的方向朝着所述壳体内部的间隙,在用所述筒状部覆盖了所述端子支承部后,所述筒状部的基端侧被夹持于所述壳体的间隙。为了使筒状部能够顺利插入,通常壳体的内壁形成的间隙稍大于壳体盖的厚度。因此,筒状部容易在间隙内晃动而不稳定。
因此,确有必要提供一种新的电连接器组件,以克服先前技术中所存在的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型电连接器组件,其能够保证遮蔽壳体和绝缘本体无间隙配合。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、容置于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及部分遮覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体。绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸的舌板,基部和舌板之间形成收容槽。遮蔽壳体包括延伸入收容槽而遮蔽舌板的筒状部。所述绝缘本体具有凸伸入收容槽的若干凸台,所述筒状部嵌入所述凸台。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:遮蔽壳体的筒状部延伸入基部和舌板之间的收容槽后嵌入绝缘本体的若干凸台,实现遮蔽壳体和绝缘本体的无间隙配合。

【具体实施方式】
以下,将结合图1至图6介绍本实用新型电连接器组件100的具体实施方式。电连接器组件100包括绝缘本体1、容置于绝缘本体1内的导电端子2、位于导电端子2的两侧且收容于绝缘本体1内的锁扣件3、部分遮覆绝缘本体1的遮蔽壳体4及被导电端子2夹持的印刷电路板5。
请参阅图2至图5所示,绝缘本体1一体成型设置,其包括纵长的基部10及自基部10向前延伸的舌板11。舌板11开设若干端子容置槽111。基部10具有前端面13、与前端面13相对设置的后端面14、顶面15、与顶面15相对设置的底面16及一对侧面17。基部10一侧开设贯穿前端面13和后端面14的贯穿孔101。基部10的中部位置上设有凸块102。所述基部10和舌板11之间形成与所述舌板11的突出方向相反的方向朝着绝缘本体1内部的收容槽12。基部10具有和舌板11连接的竖直面103。所述绝缘本体1还包括自竖直面103朝向突出方向凸伸入收容槽12的若干凸台18。优选实施例中,凸台18的数量为三个。
请参阅图2至图6所示,所述遮蔽壳体4一体成型,其包括收容舌板11的筒状部41及自筒状部41的上表面一体向后延伸、卡位基部10的凸片42。筒状部41包括底壁410、与底壁410相对的顶壁411及连接顶壁411和底壁410的一对侧壁412。所述底壁410和一对侧壁412延伸入所述收容槽12。因为遮蔽壳体4的材质较绝缘本体1的材质硬,筒状部41的前端可以硬性嵌入所述凸台18。优选实施例中,底壁410和一对侧壁412硬性嵌入上述三个凸台18,绝缘本体1对遮蔽壳体4实现三点支撑,遮蔽壳体4和绝缘本体1的配合更稳固。凸片42设有卡位孔421,卡位孔421与基部10上的凸块102配合,进一步定位遮蔽壳体4和绝缘本体1。另外,所述遮蔽壳体4自筒状部41的一侧一体延伸有接地片43,接地片43穿过绝缘本体1的贯穿孔101而与印刷电路板5抵接实现电性接触。

Claims (5)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括绝缘本体、容置于绝缘本体内的若干导电端子及部分遮覆绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部向前延伸的舌板,基部和舌板之间形成收容槽,遮蔽壳体包括延伸入收容槽而遮蔽舌板的筒状部,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体具有凸伸入收容槽的若干凸台,所述筒状部嵌入所述凸台。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述凸台为三个,所述筒状部包括底壁、与底壁相对的顶壁及连接顶壁和底壁的一对侧壁,三个凸台分别支撑底壁及一对侧壁。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体包括自顶壁延伸、设有卡位孔的凸片,基部上设有与卡位孔配合卡位的凸块。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件还包括印刷电路板,所述基部设有贯穿孔,金属壳体一体延伸出接地片,接地片穿过贯穿孔而与印刷电路板抵接。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基部具有前端面、与前端面相对设置的后端面、顶面、与顶面相对设置的底面及一对侧面,所述贯穿孔贯穿前端面和后端面。
