技术领域    本实用新型设计一种钢坯火焰切割嘴,用于钢铁厂生产钢坯切割分段,属切割工具类。
背景技术    目前,钢铁厂钢坯切割所用工具,是传统的圆柱带螺头于一体,沿其横向中心是切割氧进孔,外围即是预热氧孔。它虽在钢坯的切割中发挥了较大的作用,但往往由于上述两孔在其体身分布面积大而散,再说氧气是直通出入无缓冲空间,因此火焰喷射分散,造成切割温度低,切割速度慢,费气氧气利用率低。同时钢坯切割缝隙宽,浪费钢材。
实用新型内容  本实用新型的目的就是为人们提供一种钢坯火焰切割嘴,它能使切割钢坯时火焰集中、切割缝小,是理想的火焰切割工具。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术措施来实现:
包括切割嘴套、切割氧进孔、预热氧孔组成,是在切割嘴套上的嘴芯配装孔内装配切割嘴芯,其中在切割嘴套上沿其横向有嘴芯配装孔,并围其外表面有对接螺纹,一端是螺头,在切割嘴芯上沿其横向有切割氧进孔,围外表面有凸台,凸台上有预热氧孔,一端开有预热氧槽与预热氧孔同向。
所述凸台是直径前小后大的圆柱形,围其圆预热氧孔均匀分布。
所述预热氧槽围切割嘴芯外围均匀分布呈圆台形状。
所述嘴芯配装孔呈圆柱连圆台形状。
本实用新型的优点,是由切割嘴芯装在切割嘴套内两部分组成,而嘴芯上切割氧进孔、预热氧孔和预热氧槽与切割嘴套组合后布孔面小,当氧气进入孔内时有缓冲空间,使火焰集中喷射面小,提高了切割温度、切割速度和氧气利用率,切割缝隙窄,节约钢材。

由图1-4所示,包括切割嘴套3、切割氧进孔8、预热氧孔7组成,其是在切割嘴套3上嘴芯配装孔4内装配切割嘴芯5,其中在切割嘴套3上沿其横向有嘴芯配装孔4,该孔呈圆柱连圆台形状,围切割嘴套3外表面有对接螺纹2,一端是螺头1;在切割嘴芯5上沿其横向有切割氧进孔8,外表面有直径前小后大的圆柱形凸台9,围其圆有预热氧孔7均匀分布,一端开有预热氧槽6,围切割嘴芯5外圆均匀分布呈圆台形状,该槽6与预热氧孔7同方向设置。

1.一种钢坯火焰切割嘴,包括切割嘴套(3)、切割氧进孔(8)、预热氧孔(7)组成,其特征是在切割嘴套(3)上的嘴芯配装孔(4)内装配切割嘴芯(5),其中在切割嘴套(3)上沿其横向有嘴芯配装孔(4),并围外表面有对接螺纹(2),一端是螺头(1),在切割嘴芯(5)上沿其横向有切割氧进孔(8),围外表面有凸台(9),凸台(9)上有预热氧孔(7),一端开有预热氧槽(6)与预热氧孔(7)同向。
