发明内容
本实用新型是克服传统的路灯和普通led路灯在技术上的不足,提供更节能环保、使用寿命更长的一种防光衰的led路灯。
实现以上目的的技术方案是:一种防光衰的led路灯,包括塑料外壳、翅形散热器、印刷电路板、发光二极管组件、出光镜和透光罩,翅形散热器安装在外壳塑料外侧,印刷电路板用高导热胶均匀涂抹粘结在翅形散热器上,发光二极管组件用高导热胶均匀贴装在印刷电路板上,发光二极管的出光口配置有出光镜,出光镜的下方安装有透光罩,翅形散热器外侧设有若干鳞状散热片,透光罩和塑料外壳紧密扣合,接通电源后通过印刷电路板上的IC芯片控制发光二极管的发光。
用以上方法制造的led路灯,不仅具有传统led路灯节能环保的功效,而且通过设置翅形散热器和鳞状散热片,大大提高了led的散热性能,有效地防止光衰,延长了led的寿命。

如图2所示,一种防光衰的led路灯,包括塑料外壳1、翅形散热器2、印刷电路板3、发光二极管组件4、出光镜5、透光镜6,翅形散热器2安装在塑料外壳1的外侧,印刷电路板3粘结在翅形散热器2上,发光二极管组件4粘结在印刷电路板3上,发光二极管4的出口安装出光镜4,出光镜4的下方安装透光罩5,透光罩5和塑料外壳1紧密扣合,接通电源后通过印刷电路板3上的IC芯片即可控制发光二极管组件4发光。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防光衰的led路灯,其特征在于:发光二极管(4)的出口安装出光镜(5),出光镜(5)的下方安装透光罩(6)。
