Abstract

本实用新型为一体化集成式LED半导体灯具涉及LED光电照明技术制造领域。(1)将LED配合相应的电阻焊于PCB上组成集阵式LED光源板,再将此集阵式LED光源板固定于带紧贴有散热翼结构的金属外壳内,并用导热胶灌封,使LED光源板和金属外壳集成于一体。这样当LED工作发热时,导热胶会将LED产生的热量迅速传递到金属外壳上,再由金属外壳的散热翼结构及时将热量散发至空气中。(2)在金属外壳的开口处安装透镜以增加光的柔和度及达到合适的分光视角。(3)将电源装入如同金属外壳一样的结构体中,使整组灯具一体化。这样组成的本实用新型充分发挥了LED的平面发光和节能的特性,因为此实用新型又解决了散热的问题所以延长了灯的使用寿命,因而弥补了目前荧光灯的汞污染和高能耗的缺陷。

本实用新型为一体化集成式LED半导体灯具涉及LED光电照明技术制造领域。
背景技术:
现有常用普遍的荧光灯照明灯具,出光效率是80lm/W,使用寿命小于一万小时,且目前全世界的发展趋势是节能环保,而荧光灯含汞会造成污染且耗电量大,所以依目前的荧光灯照明是不能满足发展要求的。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种新的技术方案:将LED配合相应的电阻焊于PCB上组成集阵式LED光源板,再将此LED光源板安装于带有散热翼结构的金属外壳中,并用导热胶灌封,这样的整体化结构解决了LED的散热问题从而增加了使用寿命同时也提高了LED的出光率。由此组成的一体化集成式LED半导体灯具最终实现照明的节能环保。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:(1)将LED配合相应的电阻焊于PCB上组成集阵式LED光源板,再将此集阵式LED光源板固定于带有散热翼结构的金属外壳内,并用导热胶灌封,使LED光源板和金属外壳集成于一体。这样当LED工作发热时,导热胶会将LED产生的热量迅速传递到金属外壳上,再由金属外壳的散热翼结构及时将热量散发至空气中。(2)在金属外壳的开口处安装透镜以增加光的柔和度及达到合适的分光视角。(3)将恒流源装入如同金属外壳一样的结构体中,使整组灯具一体化。这样组成的本实用新型充分发挥了LED的平面发光和节能的特性,因为此实用新型又解决了散热的问题所以延长了灯的使用寿命,因而弥补了目前荧光灯的汞污染和高能耗的缺陷。因此本实用新型技术方案的优点:响应速度快、无频闪、耗电量小、发热量低、有效的散热结构、寿命长、环保无污染、不易破碎、以标准长度为单位可以随意拼接。

具体实施方式
如附图所示:本实用新型是将LED(1)配合相应电阻(2)焊于PCB(3)上组成集阵式LED光源板,再将此LED光源板安装在带有散热翼结构的金属外壳(4)中,再用导热胶(5)灌封,再在金属外壳的开口处安装上透镜(6),以增加出光的柔和度和合适的分光视角,再将恒流恒压源(7)装入如同金属外壳一样的结构体中形成了整组灯具。
