本实用新型涉及建筑装饰材料，具体是一种建筑装饰用一体化的聚氨酯保温板。
背景技术
目前，随着现代经济的迅速发展，人们对于建筑装饰材料保温板的美观和实用等综合性能提出了愈来愈高的要求，现有的保温板是在挤塑板表面喷金属漆，放垂直线粘贴挤塑板抹面的胶浆，铺设玻纤网后找平，上面刮腻子，细细打磨，喷漆后制成，此种保温板的制备，施工难度高，进度慢，表面效果差，因为喷金属漆时外界有灰尘造成表面不光滑，在阳光的照射下会出现凹凸不平，使得铝单板的表面不美观不平整，达不到验收标准，特别是在施工时因材料的问题会出现裂缝而无法恢复，需要对现有的保温板进行改进和更新。

本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种表面色泽均匀，保温效果明显的建筑装饰用保温板。
本实用新型所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种建筑装饰用一体化聚氨酯保温板，包括铝制的上面板和铝制的下底板，其特征在于：所述的上面板和下底板之间注入阻燃型聚氨酯硬质泡沫保温层，将上面板、保温层和下底板复合后制成一体。
本实用新型的进一步技术方案是在铝制的上面板上喷涂一层阿克苏氟碳(PVDF)涂料氟碳层，将阿克苏氟碳(PVDF)涂料氟碳层和铝合金面板的表面紧密的结合在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果是保温板集保温、隔热、承重、防水于一体，用用于大型工业厂房、仓库、展览馆、体育馆、冷库、净化车间等各种建筑的屋面和墙体，还可以用于墙体节能板、幕墙板节能、层面节能板、厢体和冷库门板上，色彩丰富，造型美观。

如图2所示，一种建筑装饰用一体化聚氨酯保温板1，包括铝制的上面板11和铝制的下底板12，在上面板11和下底板12之间注入阻燃型聚氨酯硬质泡沫保温层13，将上面板11、保温层13和下底板12复合后制成一体，在铝制的上面板11上通过兰氏氟碳喷涂设备将阿克苏氟碳(PVDF)涂料均匀的涂覆上面，形成氟碳层14，氟碳层14和铝制的上面板11的也表面紧密的贴合在一起。
