本实用新型提供一种数码喷印机利用负压超声波进行脱气均质的装置,该装置是在数码喷印机的主墨盒下方设置一个超声波振动装置,主墨盒顶部有一个负压泵与主墨盒连通,主墨盒内还有液位传感器。本实用新型的优点是通过超声波振动装置产生的高频机械振荡波,使液体震动而使激发出数以万计的微小气泡,同时游离出来的气体在负压作用下被加速抽离油墨。

本实用新型涉及一种数码喷印机利用负压超声波进行脱气均质的装置。
背景技术
由于在数码喷印机的喷印过程中,大量空气溶于油墨中,在使用过程中,由于压力、温度等原因,使气体游离于油墨,从而在供墨系统和喷头中存在大量气泡,由于气泡存在而引起喷头被堵,使得供墨困难。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种提高供墨质量的数码喷印机的超声波脱气装置。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种数码喷印机的超声波脱气装置,该装置是在数码喷印机的主墨盒下方设置一个超声波振动装置,主墨盒顶部有一个负压泵与主墨盒连通,主墨盒内还有液位传感器。
通过超声波振动装置产生的高频机械振荡波,使液体震动而使激发出数以万计的微小气泡,同时游离出来的气体在负压作用下被加速抽离油墨。
本实用新型的优点是:
1)通过本装置不需在后继供墨系统中添加复杂的气体排放装置与脱气装置,可提高供墨效率与质量;
2)超声波振动装置的高频微动作用还能对油墨的沉淀起到良好的均质作用。

如图1所示,在数码喷印机的主墨盒3下方设置一个超声波振动装置4,主墨盒3顶部有一个负压泵1与主墨盒3连通,主墨盒3内还有液位传感器2,主墨盒3下面有出墨口。
本实用新型通过超声波振动装置4产生的高频机械振荡波,机械振荡波传播到介质使液体震动而使激发出数以万计的微小气泡,同时游离出来的气体在负压作用下可被加速抽离油墨,通过本装置不需在后继供墨系统中添加复杂的气体排放装置与脱气装置,可提高供墨效率与质量。同时,超声波的高频微动作用还能对油墨的沉淀起到良好的均质作用。

1.一种数码喷印机的超声波脱气装置,其特征在于:
在数码喷印机的主墨盒下方设置一个超声波振动装置,主墨盒顶部有一个负压泵与主墨盒连通,主墨盒内还有液位传感器。
