本实用新型涉及高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽。
背景技术
高倍率圆柱型锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽包括防爆铝片、镀镍盖帽,目前,镀镍盖帽与防爆铝片之间都是采用铝环或镍环进行点焊或者锡焊。这种结构焊接一致性差,点焊不牢固,锡焊时间长会产生氧化,使电池内阻增高,影响电池使用寿命。
本人于2010年1月12日向中国国家知识产权局提交了申请号为201020049771.7的名称为:高倍率圆柱型锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽的专利,能够有效的解决上述问题,但是需要在防爆铝片与镀镍盖帽之间添加铝镍复合片,要焊接两次,增加了加工工序和产品成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,能够有效解决现有高倍率圆柱型锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽需要两次焊接增加加工工序和产品成本的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,包括防爆铝片、小铝片、密封圈,还包括铝盖帽,所述防爆铝片与铝盖帽之间采用超声波焊接或者电阻焊焊接,所述密封圈将防爆铝片、铝盖帽的边缘密封,所述防爆铝片的下端面上焊接有小铝片。
优选的,所述防爆铝片上层设有若干凸点;提高焊接的方便性,增强焊接的牢固性。
优选的,所述若干凸点呈圆环状分布;结构合理,方便加工。
优选的,所述密封圈上还有加高部,所述加高部将小铝片的边缘包覆;防止小铝片断开时震动发生断路而引起电池爆炸,提高了安全性能。
优选的,所述加高部下部设有若干根固定条包覆在小铝片的底部;封装时封口不易变形。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是:简化了产品结构,降低了电池内阻,稳定性好,提高生产效率,降低制造成本,同时保证了良好的焊接性能。

参阅图1、图2为本实用新型高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽的实施例,高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,包括防爆铝片1、小铝片2、密封圈3,还包括铝盖帽4,所述防爆铝片1与铝盖帽4之间采用超声波焊接或者电阻焊焊接,所述密封圈3将防爆铝片1、铝盖帽4的边缘密封,所述防爆铝片1的下端面上焊接有小铝片2,所述防爆铝片1上层设有若干凸点11,所述若干凸点11呈圆环状分布,所述密封圈3上还有加高部31,所述加高部31将小铝片2的边缘包覆,所述加高部31下部设有若干根固定条32包覆在小铝片2的底部。
图1中为了便于标注凸点11,标线的较为明显一些。铝盖帽4的厚度可以适当的加厚到0.7mm~0.8mm。

3.如权利要求2所述的高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于:所述若干凸点(11)呈圆环状分布。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于:所述密封圈(3)上还有加高部(31),所述加高部(31)将小铝片(2)的边缘包覆。
5.如权利要求4所述的高倍率圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,其特征在于:所述加高部(31)下部设有若干根固定条(32)包覆在小铝片(2)的底部。
