(二)背景技术
目前市售及课堂教学中使用的圆规由定心杆和划线杆交叉活动连接组成，其定心杆末端装备的铁针作为划圆的圆心，当所划圆周线的板面质地坚硬，例如在玻璃黑板等材料上划圆时，由于铁针无法钉入硬板面而打滑，使得圆心定位不准确，造成作图的很大困难，甚至无法进行；即使当划圆周线的板面质地较软，又会由于铁针刺破板面残留圆心真空，影响图面整洁。
另外，安装粉笔的夹片式圆筒形笔膛与安装在其中的圆台形粉笔形体不能密切配合，取装粉笔不能自如，非松即紧。使用时，粉笔常常折断并夹在笔膛中，为了去处夹在笔膛中的粉笔，必须分开笔膛夹片，稍有不慎，夹片就会折断或弯曲变形，夹片损毁，圆规报废。

本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的教学用防滑圆规。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种教学用防滑圆规，包括通过螺栓活动连接的划线杆和定心杆，其特殊之处在于：划线杆末端底面上设置有环形滑道，开环的笔膛安装在环形滑道内；定心杆末端的针脚外围活动设置有吸盘。
本实用新型将圆规划线杆的笔膛设置为开环的形式，可以再环形滑道内自由调节管径，使固定在其内的粉笔更加的牢固；定心杆的针脚外围的吸盘可将定心杆的针尖固定在一点，定心杆活动旋转，不影响划线杆的运动。
本实用新型的更优方案是：
所述笔膛外壁上设置有松紧箍；
所述针脚末端底面为平面。
为进一步笔膛内的粉笔，在笔膛外壁上设置松紧箍，增强粉笔的牢固性；针脚末端底面设置为平面，有效保护画图板面的完整和整洁，减少了画图过程中产生的破坏现象。
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，定心牢靠准确、不打滑，有效保护画图板面不受损坏，适合教学使用。

附图为本实用新型的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括通过螺栓活动连接的划线杆1和定心杆2，划线杆1末端底面上设置有环形滑道3，开环的笔膛4安装在环形滑道3内；定心杆2末端的针脚5外围活动设置有吸盘6；所述笔膛4外壁上设置有松紧箍7；所述针脚5末端底面为平面。
粉笔装在划线杆1末端的笔膛4内，将笔膛4的管径调节至与粉笔恰好合适，并用松紧箍7将其固定。
使用圆规在板面上画图时，确定好所划圆的直径，将针脚5定位在圆心上，使吸盘6吸附在板面上，使粉笔接触板面，旋转划线杆1画出圆形。
