本实用新型涉及一种电缆,特别涉及一种用于通讯、电子等领域系统的微波、射频设备和移动基站的高频连接线用的耐高温半柔同轴射频电缆。
背景技术
随着通讯、电子领域的飞速发展,特别是通讯“3G”的建设,对信号传输用的半柔同轴射频电缆的的需求量增大,电缆向柔软化、衰减小、驻波低等发展方向。一般的半柔同轴射频电缆用镀锡铜线编织屏蔽层再浸锡作为外导体,此类电缆的弯曲性能差,加工工序繁琐,生产效率低,成本高。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型提供了一种采用纵包铝箔麦拉带和铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层构成外导体材料的耐高温半柔同轴射频电缆。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种耐高温半柔同轴射频电缆,包括在内导体外依次设有的绝缘层、外导体及护套,其特征在于:所述的外导体为纵包铝箔麦拉带和铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层双层结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、生产工序简单、生产效率高、生产成本低:外导体仅有一道工序即可完成,无需浸锡生产工序。2、弯曲性能好:采用了铝箔麦拉带替代原浸锡层,提高了产品的弯曲性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,耐高温半柔同轴射频电缆,包括在内导体1外依次设有的绝缘层2、外导体3及护套4,外导体3为纵包铝箔麦拉带3-1和铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层3-2双层结构。本实用新型可以通过以下工艺过程制造得到:用PTFE高温挤出机在内导体外挤出PTFE绝缘层,构成内导体1和绝缘层2,用编织机纵包铝箔麦拉带3-1同时用铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层3-2构成外导体3,在外导体3外挤出聚四氟乙烯等材料做为护套4。

1.一种耐高温半柔同轴射频电缆,包括在内导体(1)外依次设有的绝缘层(2)、外导体(3)及护套(4),其特征在于:所述的外导体(3)为纵包铝箔麦拉带(3-1)和铜丝或镀锡铜丝编织屏蔽层(3-2)层结构。
