本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热利用效率更高的新型坩锅。
本实用新型实现其目的采用的技术方案是:一种新型坩锅,具有一坩锅本体,于所述坩锅本体的外壁形成有若干凸出的筋条。
所述筋条均沿平行于坩锅本体轴向的方向设置。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,在坩锅本体的外壁形成凸出的筋条,能有效增大坩锅的受热面积,提高热利用效率,从而加速坩锅的升温,达到节能的目的。

如图1、2所示,本实用新型所述的坩锅具有一坩锅本体1,于所述坩锅本体1的外壁形成有若干凸出的筋条11。本实用新型中所述的筋条11是与坩锅本体1一体成型而形成,由于坩锅通常使用铸铁或者耐高温的粘土、石墨、瓷土等材料制造,因此本实施例中所述筋条均沿平行于坩锅本体轴向的方向设置,其有利于坩锅本体1脱模。
综上所述,本实用新型结构简单,能起到节能的效果。
