本实用新型涉及一种T字型LED灯头,包括灯头底座和灯头,灯头底座和所述灯头固定连接,灯头呈T字型结构,复数个LED均匀地分布连接在所述T字型结构的灯头上;灯头内部设有散热金属片,所述灯头外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层。本实用新型由于采用T字型结构的灯头,复数个LED均匀地分布在该T字型结构的灯头上,可以增加LED可安装的面积,使得LED散热更均匀和效果更好;T字型结构的灯头和灯头外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉可以增加光源反射面积以及反射效果,使得灯具更加明亮。此外,由于散热金属片的材质为铝金属,该铝质散热金属片更加有利于LED释放的热量散出。

Description

一种T字型LED灯头
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯头,尤其是涉及一种T字型LED灯头。
背景技术
LED(Light Emitting Diode),发光二极管,是一种固态的半导体器件,它可以直接把电转化为光。LED的心脏是一个半导体的晶片,晶片的一端附在一个支架上,一端是负极,另一端连接电源的正极,使整个晶片被环氧树脂封装起来。半导体晶片由两部分组成,一部分是P型半导体,在它里面空穴占主导地位,另一端是N型半导体,在这边主要是电子。但这两种半导体连接起来的时候,它们之间就形成一个P-N结。当电流通过导线作用于这个晶片的时候,电子就会被推向P区,在P区里电子跟空穴复合,然后就会以光子的形式发出能量,这就是LED发光的原理。而光的波长也就是光的颜色,是由形成P-N结的材料决定的。
将LED直接作为照明灯具具有以下优点:1、LED消耗能量较同光效的白炽灯减少80%;2、LED无有害金属汞,对环境不会污染;3、LED使用低压电源,供电电压在6-24V之间,根据产品不同而异,所以它是一个比使用高压电源更安全的电源,特别适用于公共场所。
但是,LED灯具制作时通常会使用多个LED。如图1所示,在一个安装平面上设有多个LED,这种结构的灯头会带来LED发热集中,不易散热的缺点,以及还存在光反射面有限带来的亮度有限的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型设计了一种T字型LED灯头,其解决的技术问题是:
(1)传统LED安装面面积有限以及LED集中而导致不易散热的问题;
(2)传统LED灯头的光反射面有限,照明效果不佳的问题。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本实用新型采用了以下方案:
一种T字型LED灯头,包括灯头底座和灯头,所述灯头底座和所述灯头固定连接,所述灯头呈T字型结构,复数个LED均匀地分布连接在所述T字型结构的灯头上;所述灯头内部设有散热金属片,所述灯头外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层。
进一步,所述灯头底座和所述灯头通过螺丝固定连接。
进一步,所述T字型结构的灯头由两部分组成:上部件和下部件;所述上部件和下部件通过螺丝固定连接。
进一步,所述T字型结构灯头的上部件成菱形。
进一步,散热金属片的材质为铝金属。
该T字型LED灯头与传统LED灯头相比,具有以下有益效果:(1)本实用新型由于采用T字型结构的灯头,复数个LED均匀地分布在该T字型结构的灯头上,可以增加LED可安装的面积,使得LED散热更均匀和效果更好;(2)T字型结构的灯头和灯头外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层可以增加光源反射面积以及反射效果,使得灯具更加明亮;(3)此外,由于散热金属片的材质为铝金属,该铝质散热金属片更加有利于LED释放的热量散出。

下面结合图2和图3,对本实用新型做进一步说明:
一种T字型LED灯头,包括灯头底座1和灯头2,灯头底座1和灯头2固定连接,该灯头2呈T字型结构,复数个LED3均匀地分布连接在T字型结构的灯头2上;灯头2内部设有散热金属片21,灯头2外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层22。
灯头底座1和所述灯头2通过螺丝4固定连接。
T字型结构的灯头2由两部分组成:上部件和下部件;所述上部件和下部件通过螺丝4固定连接。T字型结构灯头2的上部件成菱形。
散热金属片21的材质为铝金属。
本实用新型由于采用T字型结构的灯头,复数个LED3均匀地分布在该T字型结构的灯头2上,可以增加LED3可安装的面积,使得LED3散热更均匀和效果更好;T字型结构的灯头2和灯头2外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层22可以增加光源反射面积以及反射效果,使得灯具更加明亮。此外,由于散热金属片的材质为铝金属,该铝质散热金属片更加有利于LED释放的热量散出。
如图4所示,灯头2外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层22。

1.一种T字型LED灯头,包括灯头底座(1)和灯头(2),所述灯头底座(1)和所述灯头(2)固定连接,其特征在于:所述灯头(2)呈T字型结构,复数个LED(3)均匀地分布连接在所述T字型结构的灯头(2)上;所述灯头(2)内部设有散热金属片(21),所述灯头(2)外表面涂覆有纳米荧光粉层(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述T字型LED灯头,其特征在于:所述灯头底座(1)和所述灯头(2)通过螺丝(4)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述T字型LED灯头,其特征在于:所述T字型结构的灯头(2)由两部分组成:上部件和下部件;所述上部件和下部件通过螺丝(4)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述T字型LED灯头,其特征在于:所述T字型结构灯头(2)的上部件成菱形。
