无级调节风量净化送风器
(一)、技术领域本实用新型涉及一种净化送风器，可以对风量进行无级调节，适于各种净化室及其他净化领域使用。
(二)、背景技术现有的净化送风器的风量调节是通过调节阀实现的，调节阀通过法兰安装于送风气进气口上端，设备安装后再要调节风量非常麻烦，不能在室内直接进行调节。
(三)、实用新型内容本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种无级调节风量净化送风器，可以在室内随时方便调节风量，以克服现有送风器的缺陷。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下：
一种无级调节风量净化送风器，包括箱体，箱体内安装有高效过滤器，出气口端安装有均流器，其特征在于：箱体的进气口外侧固定有支板，调节手柄固定在支板上，调节手柄与移动螺母螺纹连接；连杆一端与从进气口外侧伸出的叶片轴一端固定连接，另一端与移动螺母连接；叶片轴上固定有叶片。
本实用新型的积极效果在于：通过旋转设于室内的调节手柄，即可带动连杆运动，进而实现叶片轴带动叶片旋转，方便在室内随时对送风器进行风量的调节。无须操作人员进入天花板内对调节阀进行调节，方便了使用，提高了效率。

(五)、具体实施方式下面结合附图和具体实施方式进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1、2所示，本实例包括箱体10，高效过滤器4通过丝杆3与压码2固定于箱体10内，箱体10出气口端安装均流器1。调节手柄11通过支板8安装于箱体10的一侧，支板8固定于箱体10进气口7的外侧。调节手柄11与移动螺母12螺纹连接，叶片轴9安装于进气口7内，一端从进气口7外侧伸出并于连杆6固定，叶轮轴9上固定叶片5。连杆6的另一端与移动螺母12活动连接。
空调新风通过送风器箱体10上的进气口7进入，通过高效过滤器4，再经过均流器1，进入室内。如需调节风量仅需拉下均流器，用螺丝刀插入调节手柄11，旋转调节手柄11，调节手柄11带动移动螺母12旋转，移动螺母12带动连杆6运动进而驱动叶片轴9和叶片5旋转，达到调节风量的目的。

1.一种无级调节风量净化送风器，包括箱体(10)，箱体(10)内安装有高效过滤器(4)，出气口端安装有均流器(1)，其特征在于：箱体(10)的进气口(7)外侧固定有支板(8)，调节手柄(11)固定在支板(8)上，调节手柄(11)与移动螺母(12)螺纹连接；连杆(6)一端与从进气口(7)外侧伸出的叶片轴(9)一端固定连接，另一端与移动螺母(12)连接；叶片轴(9)上固定有叶片(5)。
