Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，用以调整基座置放于汽车座椅上时的倾斜角度至适当的角度，其包括基座、支撑块、调整按键以及弹性组件，其中，在所述基座之内设有多个定位凹槽，所述支撑块是相对于所述定位凹槽的位置枢接，所述调整按键与弹性组件设置于所述支撑块上，用以控制所述支撑块转动往所述基座内部的移动或抽出，并能定位于其中一个定位凹槽，使所述支撑块可相对于所述基座撑起一段高度，从而调整所述基座置放于汽车座椅上的倾斜角度。这样，可以在安装安全座椅后使其保持适当的角度。

Description

安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种婴童安全座椅，更具体地，涉及一种安装于汽车座椅上的婴童安全座椅基座中倾斜角度的调整机构。
背景技术
一般的婴童汽车安全座椅(Car Seat)主要是供婴童乘坐汽车时使用。然而，由于一般的汽车安全座椅跨放于汽车座椅上时无法快速、便捷地固定，而必须系缚或松解汽车安全带，相当费事费时。利用一个固定于汽车座椅上的基座，供卡扣与松解其所相应的婴童汽车安全座椅将可解决上述问题。然而，由于这种基座的底部是平贴于汽车座椅上的，其倾斜角度有时会使上面的安全座椅坐起来不舒适。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的前述技术问题。
传统的常用结构，具有基座安装于汽车座椅上却无法调整适当的倾斜角度的缺点，本实用新型主要提供一种安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，用以调整基座置放于汽车座椅上的倾斜角度，以保持安装安全座椅后的适当角度。
根据本实用新型实施方式之一的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，包括基座、支撑块、调整按键以及弹性组件；所述基座的一端设有多个定位凹槽；所述支撑块枢接于所述基座的一端，并可相对于所述基座移动；所述支撑块还设有一定位凸块，可卡扣定位于所述多个定位凹槽中之一，成卡扣位置，使所述基座相对于所述支撑块成一倾斜角度；所述调整按键是可移动地装设于所述支撑块，用以将所述定位凸块自卡扣位置推移至释放位置，以脱离所述定位凹槽，从而调整所述支撑块与基座的相对距离；所述弹性组件设置于所述基座与所述支撑块之间，用以使所述调整按键保持于所述卡扣位置。
根据本实用新型的实施方式的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，装置于支撑块上的调整按键与弹性组件，可以控制支撑块的转动，相对于基座移动，定位于一个定位凹槽中，使支撑块相对于基座撑起一段高度而调整相对于基座的倾角，从而调整基座置放于汽车座椅上的倾斜角度，可保持安全座椅在安装后的适当角度。
另外，本实用新型的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构的其他实施方式还可包括如下附加技术特征的一个或几个：
所述定位凹槽设有一斜面，使所述定位凸块单向定位。
所述支撑块还包括弹性部，所述定位凸块连接于所述弹性部。
所述弹性部与所述定位凸块一体成型。
所述弹性部是由两沟槽所构成的弹性片体。
所述两沟槽之间设有顶推壁面。
所述调整按键是相邻装置于所述顶推壁面的。
所述支撑块设有推顶斜面。
所述调整按键延伸出所述推顶块，所述推顶块相邻于所述推顶斜面；当所述调整按键移动时，所述推顶块沿所述推顶斜面移动。
所述调整按键是经由所述推顶斜面推动该弹性部，以使所述定位凸块自所述卡扣位置移动至所述释放位置。

下面详细描述本实用新型保护的客体的实施例，所述实施例的示例在附图中示出，其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。所述实施例是示例性的，且以适用于计算机设备领域的鼠标输入装置为例，仅用于解释本实用新型，而不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
在本实用新型的描述中，术语“上”、“下”、“侧部”、“底面”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系，仅是为了便于描述本实用新型而不是要求本实用新型必须以特定的方位构造和操作，因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
下面将结合附图详细描述根据本实用新型的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构。
如图1及图2所示，根据本实用新型一个实施例的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，包括基座2、支撑块4、调整按键5以及弹性组件6。图1中，支撑块4内缩于基座2，基座相对于支撑块的下底面比较平坦；图2中，支撑块4外伸于基座2，基座相对于支撑块的下底面比较倾斜。调整支撑块4与基座2之间的伸缩程度，就可以调整基座2的倾斜角度，这样安全座椅装置于汽车座椅时，可使安全座椅位于一个适当的角度。
如图3及图4所示，本实用新型的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构的基座2，可由一般的汽车安全带将其固定在汽车座椅上，其包括有上支撑面21、端侧面22以及底面23；其中上支撑面21用以承载安全座椅，且位于端侧面22设置多个纵向排列的定位凹槽24，图示的定位凹槽24设有一斜面25，用以提供单向定位的功能。
如图3及图6所示，根据本实用新型的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构的倾角调整机构3，其进一步包括支撑块4、调整按键5及弹性组件6。其中支撑块4大致呈三角锥状，枢接于所述基座2端侧面22内侧，并可相对于基座2转动。定位凸块41用于与定位凹槽24产生定位，在定位凸块41与支撑块4之间设有弹性部42。在本实用新型的一个实施例中，定位凸块41可设于弹性部42的端部，实施时可选择使其与弹性部42一体成型。
在本实用新型的另一个实施例中，在弹性部42与支撑块4之间进一步设沟槽43，使弹性部42构成片状而更具弹性。这样，定位凸块41保持定位于某一定位凹槽24上的卡扣位置44(如图7中所示)，在受外力推顶时，定位凸块41可脱离定位凹槽24的释放位置45(如图7中所示)。在两沟槽43之间，设有顶推壁面46，并在两沟槽43外侧，于支撑块4内侧设有推顶斜面47。
所述调整按键5可移动的枢接于所述位于支撑块4的顶推壁面46的相邻位置，为操作者提供压按。调整按键5的端部为横向延伸出推顶块51，而弹性组件6则设置于支撑块4与调整按键5之间，用以使推顶块51保持在推顶斜面47上端的位置。
如图3、图5至图7所示，根据本实用新型的安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构的支撑块4，其可推入而收置于基座2的内部，在基座2装置于汽车座椅上时，使得基座2的底面23为支撑基准面。由于定位凹槽24中设有可单向定位的斜面25，操作者可直接拉动支撑块4而无须操作调整按键5来将支撑块4枢转地抽出基座2，同时，可选择定位于其中某一定位凹槽24，使支撑块4支撑基座2底面23的一侧，从而改变基座2上支撑面21的倾斜角度，以提供一个安装安全座椅的适合倾角。操作者欲将支撑块4推回基座2内部时，可向下压掣调整按键5，使推顶块51沿推顶斜面47上逐渐朝支撑块4内部移动，经由调整按键5压迫支撑块4的顶推壁面46，从而推动弹性部42变形，使得所述定位凸块41自卡扣位置44偏移至释放位置45，以使定位凸块41脱离定位凹槽24，供操作者方便选置所述支撑块4缩回基座2的内部位置；操作者解除调整按键5时，则所述定位凸块41借由弹性部42的弹性，自动的由释放位置45回复至卡扣位置44，进而再度与定位凹槽24卡扣定位，这样可以方便地调整基座2至适当倾斜角度，从而达到安全座椅安放角度舒适的目的。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例，本领域的普通技术人员可以理解：在不脱离本实用新型的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本实用新型的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

1.一种安全座椅基座倾斜角度的调整机构，包括：
基座，所述基座一端设有多个定位凹槽；
支撑块，所述支撑块枢接于所述基座的一端，并可相对于所述基座移动；所述支撑块设有定位凸块，可卡扣定位于所述多个定位凹槽的其中之一，使所述基座相对于所述支撑块呈倾斜角度；
调整按键，所述调整按键是可移动地装设于所述支撑块，可将所述定位凸块自卡扣位置推移至释放位置，以脱离所述定位凹槽，从而调整所述支撑块与基座的相对距离；以及
弹性组件，所述弹性组件是设置于所述基座与所述支撑块之间，用以使所述调整按键保持于所述卡扣位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的调整机构，其中，所述定位凹槽设有斜面，使所述定位凸块单向定位。
3.如权利要求1所述的调整机构，其中，所述支撑块还包括弹性部，所述定位凸块连接于所述弹性部。
4.如权利要求3所述的调整机构，其中，所述弹性部与所述定位凸块一体成型。
5.如权利要求3所述的调整机构，其中，所述弹性部是由两沟槽构成的弹性片体。
6.如权利要求5所述的调整机构，其中，所述两沟槽之间设有顶推壁面。
7.如权利要求6所述的调整机构，其中，所述调整按键是相邻装置于所述顶推壁面的。
8.如权利要求1所述的调整机构，其中，所述支撑块设有推顶斜面。
9.如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的调整机构，其中，所述调整按键延伸出所述推顶块，所述推顶块相邻于所述推顶斜面；当所述调整按键移动时，所述推顶块沿所述推顶斜面移动。
10.如权利要求9所述的调整机构，其中，所述调整按键经由所述推顶斜面推动所述弹性部，以使所述定位凸块自所述卡扣位置移动至所述释放位置。
