本实用新型属于一种要木门,尤其涉及一种具有隔音、阻燃功能的木门。
【背景技术】
随着经济生活水平的不断提高,人们对居住环境的要求也变得越来越高,使隔音、阻燃木门随之应运而生。现有隔音、阻燃木门的结构,主要由门框框架、内外侧面板,以及置放在框架与内外侧面板围成的内腔中的隔音、阻燃材料构成,隔音阻燃材料一般采用纸质蜂窝板。这种结构的木门在实际使用中存在隔音效果不甚满意的问题,给人们的日常生活带来了诸多不便。
【发明内容】
为克服现有技术存在的上述问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种隔音阻燃门,该门相对现有技术木门,具有明显改善隔音效果的优点。
实现上述目的技术方案如下:这种隔音阻燃门的结构,包括门框框架、内侧面板、外侧面板,以及置放在框架与内侧面板、外侧面板围成的内腔中的隔音阻燃材料,隔音材料为纸质蜂窝板,其特征是:在框架与内侧面板、外侧面板围成的内腔中,设有一块与内侧面板和外侧面板平行的实体隔音阻燃板。
如上所述的实体隔音阻燃板位于纸质蜂窝板的平分面上。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过在框架与内侧面板、外侧面板围成的内腔中,增设一块实体隔音阻燃板后,有效地解决了现有技术木门隔音效果差的问题,且改进简单、效果明显。

【具体实施方式】
参见图1。上下左右四根档料构成的框架1成为门框,门框贴置外侧面板3、内侧面板6后形成门体。封板7起固定连接、饰面作用。在框架1与内侧面板6、外侧面板3围成的内腔中,实体隔音阻燃板4与内侧面板6和外侧面板3呈平行状设置。设置时,实体隔音阻燃板4最好处于纸质蜂窝板2的平分面上,使实体隔音阻燃板4的内外侧,分别具有外侧蜂窝板2和内侧蜂窝板5,实际使用时效果较好。

1.一种隔音阻燃门,包括门框框架(1)、内侧面板(6)、外侧面板(3),以及置放在框架(1)与内侧面板(6)、外侧面板(3)围成的内腔中的隔音阻燃材料,隔音材料为纸质蜂窝板,其特征是:在框架(1)与内侧面板(6)、外侧面板(3)围成的内腔中,设有一块与内侧面板(6)和外侧面板(3)平行的实体隔音阻燃板(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔音阻燃门,其特征是:所述的实体隔音阻燃板(4)位于纸质蜂窝板的平分面上。
