本实用新型公开了一种具有防短路功能的PTC起动器,包括PTC芯片,在盒体的前后两端对应有四个限位槽,弹簧端子与电极板组成的组合端子两端可放置在盒体上的限位槽中,两边弹簧端子所形成缝隙可容纳PTC芯片置入且可接触PTC芯片两侧表面。由于其组合端子插在盒体的限位槽内,限位槽对组合端子的限位作用间接限制了组合端子上电极部分的位置,这样可以避免在PCT芯片碎裂后由于电极位移造成的接触短路,因而不仅能够提高PTC起动器的寿命,也能提高整个电器的稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种PTC起动器,特别是压缩机用的具有防短路功能的小型PTC起动器。
背景技术
PTC起动器是压缩机上的一个重要元件,广泛应用于起动冰箱等压缩机中的电机,其内部的核心元件PTC芯片在长期工作过程中存在碎裂的风险,而一旦芯片发生碎裂,夹持在PTC芯片两侧的弹性电极板在失去了PTC芯片支撑作用的情况下会向中心方向发生弹性变形,这种弹性变形使虽不足以使PTC芯片两侧的电极板接触在一起,但是由于两侧电极板在位置接近的情况下,稍有位移便会将电路板上的弹簧接触在一起,造成短路,致使压缩机烧毁;另外起动器在装配到压缩机三星端子上以后,为了保证性能可靠要求需要有一定稳定性,而现有PTC起动器在配合保护器时支撑不好,往往造成整个压缩机出现故障。中国专利ZL200620061782.0公开了一种PTC起动器,其技术方案为在盒体中固定带有接线端子的电极板,并在盒体上方安装有隔热罩,其优点是结构简单,且能够防止热量直接传至电线,使电线处于更加安全的工作环境,但其不足之处在于,盒体的整体结构设计仍然无法避免因PTC芯片碎裂而造成的电极短路的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种PTC起动器,能够在核心元件PTC芯片碎裂的情况下其他元件仍然保持原来的位置,避免电极接触而发生短路。
本实用新型所述的PTC起动器,包括PTC芯片,在盒体的前后两端对应有四个限位槽,弹簧端子与电极板组成的组合端子两端可放置在盒体上的限位槽中,两边弹簧端子所形成缝隙可容纳PTC芯片置入且可接触PTC芯片两侧表面。
本实用新型所述防短路功能的小型PTC起动器,其弹簧端子与弹性电极板一体成型为组合端子,一体成型的方式取代了两个金属零件之间通过焊接连接的方式,生产工艺简化,性能可靠性提高、既节约成本又提高生产效率。其组合端子插在盒体的限位槽内,限位槽对组合端子的限位作用间接限制了组合端子上电极部分的位置,这样可以避免在PCT芯片碎裂后由于电极位移造成的接触短路。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,在盒体1的前后两端对应有两个限位槽2,弹簧端子3与电极板4组成的组合端子两端可放置在盒体上的限位槽中2,两边的弹簧端子3所形成缝隙可容纳PTC芯片5置入且可接触PTC芯片5两侧表面。
电极板4上有接线端子6。盒体上部有盒盖7,盒盖中部向上凸起,其两侧有可供接线端子6穿过的通孔8。

1.一种PTC起动器,包括PTC芯片(5),其特征在于:在盒体(1)的前后两端对应有四个限位槽(2),弹簧端子(3)与电极板(4)组成的组合端子两端可放置在盒体(1)上的限位槽(2)中,两边弹簧端子(3)所形成缝隙可容纳PTC芯片(5)置入且可接触PTC芯片两侧表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PTC起动器,其特征在于:电极板(4)上有接线端子(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PTC起动器,其特征在于:盒体上部有盒盖(7),盒盖中部向上凸起,其两侧有可供接线端子(6)穿过的通孔(8)。
