Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种水箱阀门控制装置，该装置包括箱体，箱体连接有溢水口、水位控制阀和水箱溢水管，浮子位于箱体内，上水管道中的阀门连接有轮子，轮子上缠绕有绳，绳上端与浮子相连，绳下端与配重块相连。利用水的浮力，通过浮子和配重块自动关闭阀门，避免浪费水的现象。特别适用于太阳能热水器的上水控制，也可用于普通的水箱上水控制。

本实用新型涉及一种防止太阳能热水器水箱满溢的阀门控制装置。
背景技术
目前的太阳能热水器水箱没有满溢控制装置，水箱加满后，多余的水从溢流管溢出。由于水箱通常装在高高的屋面上，使用人员很难及时发现溢水现象，不能及时关闭上水阀门，造成很大的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能热水器水箱加满后浪费水的缺陷，本实用新型提供一种水箱阀门控制装置，该水箱阀门控制装置能在太阳能热水器水箱加满后自动关闭阀门，避免浪费水的现象。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该装置包括箱体，箱体连接有溢水口、水位控制阀和水箱溢水管，浮子位于箱体内，上水管道中的阀门连接有轮子，轮子上缠绕有绳，绳上端与浮子相连，绳下端与配重块相连。
本实用新型利用水的浮力，通过浮子和配重块自动关闭阀门，避免浪费水的现象。特别适用于太阳能热水器的上水控制，也可用于普通的水箱上水控制。

具体实施方式
在图1中，该装置包括箱体4，箱体4连接有溢水口6、水位控制阀7和太阳能水箱溢水管8，浮子1位于箱体4内，上水管道3中的阀门10连接有轮子9，轮子9上缠绕有绳2，绳2上端与浮子1相连，绳2下端与配重块5相连。
在图2中，绳2上端与浮子1相连，绳2体然后经过两个变向滑轮11，再缠绕轮子9，再与配重块5相连。
当太阳能水箱溢水管8溢水时，浮子1上升，绳2带动轮子9转动，轮子9带动阀门10关闭，上水管道3停止上水。
当阀门10自动关闭后，打开水位控制阀7，排出箱体4内的水，在配重块5的作用下，轮子9反向转动，阀门10打开，即可继续对太阳能热水器的水箱继续加水。

1.一种水箱阀门控制装置，该装置包括箱体，其特征是箱体连接有溢水口、水位控制阀和水箱溢水管，浮子位于箱体内，上水管道中的阀门连接有轮子，轮子上缠绕有绳，绳上端与浮子相连，绳下端与配重块相连。
