Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能自动关水阀,即在三角阀上装一长条形的杠杆,杠杆上装一硬水管,在硬水管的另端接一软水管连接太阳能的溢流管,杠杆的另一端悬挂一只水桶,当太阳能上满水后,水从溢流管流入软管,然后流入硬管再流入水桶。当水桶装满水后,在重力的作用下,使杠杆向下达到自动关闭阀门的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能自动关水阀,是利用杠杆原理构成的装置。
背景技术:
充分利用太阳光资源,减少电力的大量消耗及电费开支,现如今太阳能已为广大家庭所喜爱,然而太阳能上水后关闭水阀是目前令人头疼的问题,因为太阳能上水需要一定的时间,水才能上满。这样就会有相当的一部分人在打开水阀上水后忘记关闭水阀门,其后果是导致水淹入家中,造成家具损坏;或流入室外造成水资源的大量浪费。为克服此难题目前市场上也出现了电池或利用磁铁做成的各式自动关水阀。但其弊端均为维修不便,并且成本高。本实用新型将提供一种低成本无维修的自动关水阀。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,在原有的水管三角阀上装一长为15cm的杠杆。杠杆的一端,紧紧固定在三角阀上,另一端则凿有一小孔,在该小孔上用绳子悬挂一只小桶,太阳能的水箱上均有一根溢流管,在杠杆的一端利用一根软管与溢流管相衔接,再利用一根硬管固定在杠杆上,使硬管与软管相连接。硬管与软管的连接处则是在三角阀的位置。一端使用软管为了方便杠杆上下运动:杠杆装在三角阀上时,杠杆应向下倾斜20°,当杠杆向上90°时为开阀;,刚好是水平70°,此时刚好水管里的水流入水桶,硬水管的长度应短于杠杆的长度,此同样是为了使水管里的水刚好流入水桶里,当水桶里装入一定水时,重力作用使杠杆向下90°,以此达到关闭水阀的目的,在桶的底部可凿一个小孔,在水阀关闭后桶里的水从小孔流出。

将杠杆【1】固定在三角阀【2】上,用一根软管【3】接住太阳能溢流管,软管【3】与硬管【4】相连接。将水桶【6】悬挂在杠杆【2】的另一端的小孔【5】上,太阳能上满水后,水从溢流管流入桶内【6】,水桶【6】在重力的作用下,使杠杆【1】向下90°达到关闭水阀【2】的目的,三角阀【2】关闭后水桶【6】里的水从桶的底部的小孔【7】流出。

1.一种太阳能自动关水阀,包括一根长条形杠杆(1)、一根软管(3)、一根硬管(4)、一三角阀(2),所述长条形杠杆(1)固定在三角阀(2)上,软管(3)与硬管(4)通过三角阀(2)连接,其特征在于:在长条形杠杆(1)的另一端小孔(5)上悬挂一只水桶(6)。
