本实用新型涉及一种LED路灯头,具有LED发光管、与发光管连接的PCB板、开关电源、外壳,其特征在于:PCB板上面连接有铝合金散热板,所述PCB板与散热板之间有导热硅脂层,所述PCB板与散热板之间采用螺钉锁紧固定,然后再与外壳用螺钉固定。本实用新型其散热性能好,温升低,有利于延长LED管寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种灯具,尤其涉及一种节省电能以及具有较好散热效果的LED灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管以其低能耗、高光效、长寿命而受到照明业内的广泛关注。目前,LED照明技术日趋成熟,大功率LED光源功效已经达到80lm/W以上,这使得城市路灯照明节能改造成为可能。由于LED需要在80℃以下才能可靠工作,如果散热不畅,就会导致发光波长漂移、出光效率下降、荧光粉加速老化以及使用寿命缩短等一系列问题。因此,如何解决LED散热问题成了照明领域的研究热点。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术所存在的不足,从而开发一种具有理想散热效果的LED路灯。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种LED路灯头,具有LED发光管、与发光管连接的PCB板、开关电源、外壳,其特征在于:PCB板上面连接有铝合金散热板,所述PCB板与散热板之间有导热硅脂层,所述PCB板与散热板之间采用螺钉锁紧固定,然后再与外壳用螺钉固定。
本实用新型的技术方案还可以进一步完善,作为优选,所述导热硅脂层包括上导热硅脂层和下导热硅脂层,所述下层与PCB板相连,所述上层与散热板相连,在上层与下层之间有导热绝缘纸(膜)层。
作为优选,LED发光管采用宽脚结构;采用双面PCB板和加大PCB板焊盘。将LED管的热量有效传递出来。
作为优选,LED发光管采用贴片结构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于与LED发光管相连接的印刷电路板(PCB)通过多层导热硅脂层与金属散热板贴合连接,而铝合金散热板又直接与带有散翅片的外壳相连接,其散热性能好,温升低,有利于延长LED管寿命。

下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示的LED路灯头,具有LED发光管5,与LED发光管连接的PCB板4,在PCB板的背面涂有下导热硅脂21,下导热硅脂上面覆有导热绝缘纸8,在铝合金散热板3的下面涂有上导热硅脂22,将铝合金散热板涂有上导热硅脂22的一面,与PCB板4覆有导热绝缘纸8一面相贴合,并用螺钉一6锁紧固定,然后再在铝合金散热板3的上平面涂导热硅脂三23,将其与外壳1用螺钉二7紧固,将开关电源安装于外壳内,最后将面罩覆盖在外壳上,并用螺钉连接固定,通电后即可使用。
本实用新型还采取其他一些有效措施:如LED发光管采用宽脚结构;采用双面PCB板和加大PCB板焊盘,将LED管的热量有效传递出来。达到散热性能好,温升低,有利于延长LED管寿命的实际效果。

本实施例的LED发光管采用贴片结构。其余同实施例1。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED路灯头,具有LED发光管(5)、与发光管连接的PCB板(4)、开关电源、外壳,其特征在于:PCB板(4)上面连接有铝合金散热板(3),PCB板(4)与铝合金散热板(3)之间有导热硅脂层,所述PCB板(4)与散热板(3)之间采用螺钉一(6)锁紧固定,然后再与外壳用螺钉二(7)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED路灯头,其特征在于:所述导热硅脂层包括上导热硅脂层(2-2)和下导热硅脂层(2-1),所述下层与PCB板(4)相连,所述上层与铝合金散热板(3)相连,在上层与下层之间有导热绝缘纸层(8)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯头,其特征在于:LED发光管(5)采用宽脚结构;采用双面PCB板(4)和大结构焊盘。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的LED路灯头,其特征在于:LED发光管(5)采用贴片结构。
