本实用新型涉及一种轻工机械，尤其是吸塑冲裁机的调节连杆。
背景技术
目前，公知的吸塑冲裁机大多数连杆以钢板为主，存在无法调节，造成传动不平稳，冲裁不完全的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服现有吸塑冲裁机连杆不能调节的设计缺陷，本实用新型提供一种吸塑冲裁机可调连杆，该机构可提高加工精度，组装方便。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：由上、下连杆、中间调节杆、上、下锁紧螺母所组装而成，一端与传动轴连接，另一端与滑块连接，安装结束后，调整滑块高度，试工作，微调连接杆，确保两端水平后，锁紧上下螺母，使其固定好。从而达到最佳工作状态，保证冲裁一次成型。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以达到两侧传动同步，确保冲裁精度，结构简单。

具体实施方式
本实用新型由上连杆1，下连杆2，调节套筒3，上锁紧螺母4，下锁繁螺母5所组成，上连杆1与下连杆2为正反牙，由上下侧旋至调节套筒3内，上、下连杆外侧拧有上、下锁紧螺母4、5，上连杆1与传动轴连接，下连杆2与滑块连接，机器组装结束后，试冲裁，调整连杆中间调节套筒使两端保持水平，后锁紧上下锁紧螺母。从而保证了工作面与上工作面的水平，使工作精度大大提高，提高了工作效率。

1.一种吸塑冲裁机调节连杆，由上、下连杆、中间调节杆、上、下锁紧螺母所组装而成，其特征是：上、下连杆上加工有正、反牙并与中间调节套筒连接，上、下连杆上拧有锁紧螺母，上连杆与传动轴连接，下连杆与滑块连接。
