干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯散热风道,包括电抗器铁芯上铁轭和下铁轭,上铁轭与下铁轭之间安装芯柱,芯柱的中部安有铁饼,芯柱与铁饼之间及两个相邻的铁饼之间设有气隙绝缘层,其特征在于所述的气隙绝缘层中置有铁芯散热风道。在所述芯柱与铁饼及两个相邻的铁饼之间设置的气隙绝缘层中置有铁芯散热风道,铁芯散热风道的作用就是改变气流的流通状态,使空气更利于流通,带走更多的热量,补充低温空气,从而加快气体流动,既降低了铁芯整体的温升,也降低了绝缘界面由于漏磁而产生的过高温升,从而扩展电抗器的工作频率,保证电抗器长期稳定地运行。本方案结构简单,生产方便,又不增加电抗器的附加损耗,将给电抗器安全有效的运行提供长期的保障。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯风道散热结构,属于电力设备领域。
背景技术
近年来,随着电力系统的不断发展,电网容量和用电负荷越来越大,从而造成系统短路电流不断增大、峰谷差悬殊、电压波动大、功率因数偏低以及开关容量不够等问题。特别是电子工业的发展,电力系统上接入了大量的非线性元件,这些元件使系统出现了5次、7次、9次、11次甚至更高次的谐波电流。解决这些问题的有效手段是在大型枢纽变电所中安装电抗器。因此,系统上安装电抗器的容量不断增大,大型电抗器的电流已达3500A,这样大的电流流过电抗器,即使电抗器的电阻很小,功率损耗也在千瓦以上,损耗越大,运行中产生的热量就越大,产品的温升就越高,而温升增高会加速绝缘材料的老化,从而缩短电抗器的使用寿命;当温升超过电抗器的温限时会烧毁其结构中的绝缘层,导致相间短路而发生更严重的事故。已有电抗器的降温由于电抗器容量小,热量可由电抗器铁芯内部散发,但对于现有容量大的电抗器其铁芯直径也大,热量的散发也困难,若散热不好会在铁芯芯柱产生局部过热,而采取附加散热措施就会相应的增加了电抗器的附加损耗,而且在电抗器芯柱与铁饼及铁饼与铁饼之间的气隙绝缘处由于漏磁过高更容易产生温升。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种在电抗器铁芯内设置冷却风道,使铁芯散热更有效,降低温升,保证电抗器长期运行稳定的干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯散热风道。
本实用新型干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯散热风道的技术方案是:包括电抗器铁芯上铁轭和下铁轭,上铁轭与下铁轭之间安装芯柱,芯柱的中部安有铁饼,芯柱与铁饼之间及两个相邻的铁饼之间设有气隙绝缘层,其特征在于所述的气隙绝缘层中置有铁芯散热风道。

1.干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯散热风道,包括电抗器铁芯上铁轭(1)和下铁轭(2),上铁轭与下铁轭之间安装芯柱(3),芯柱的中部安有铁饼(4),芯柱(3)与铁饼(4)之间及两个相邻的铁饼(4)之间设有气隙绝缘层(5),其特征在于所述的气隙绝缘层(5)中置有铁芯散热风道(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的干式铁芯电抗器的铁芯散热风道,其特征在于所述的铁芯散热风道(6)为辐向设置或者倾斜设置。
