(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及电容式触摸屏技术领域,具体为一种改进型电容式触摸屏。
(二)背景技术
现有的电容式触摸屏结构为:在单面纳米铟锡金属氧化物(ITO)玻璃基板上贴上另外一层ITO膜才能构成传感器部分,其中单面纳米铟锡金属氧化物(ITO)玻璃基板的单面ITO膜为X(或Y)轴向导通线路,其包括X(或Y)轴向导通线路和Y(或X)轴向未导通线路,另外一层ITO膜为Y(或X)轴向的导通膜。贴上去的另外一层ITO膜,其材料和加工的成本高;且由于另外一层ITO膜需要与单面ITO玻璃基板上的单面ITO膜的交叉部分需形成桥接,其在贴合的过程中,易造成桥接的不稳定从降低电容式触摸屏的信赖性。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进型电容式触摸屏,其材料和加工成本低,且提高了电容式触摸屏的信赖性。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括ITO玻璃基板,其特征在于:所述ITO玻璃基板具体为双面ITO玻璃基板,所述双面ITO玻璃基板两面的ITO层通过柔性印刷电路板相互连接。
其进一步特征在于:所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面ITO层为X轴向导通线路,其反面ITO层为Y轴向导通线路,所述柔性印刷电路板包括连接X轴向导通线路部分、连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述双面ITO玻璃基板的反面压着连接所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述连接X轴向导通线路部分与所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面配合压着连接;
所述柔性印刷电路板靠近所述双面ITO玻璃基板的一侧开有两个不相邻的凹槽,所述两个不相邻凹槽中间的凸出部分即为所述连接X轴向导通线路部分,所述两个不相邻凹槽两侧部分即为所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,
所述双面ITO玻璃基板的反面通过异方向性导电膜压着连接所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述连接X轴向导通线路部分弯折后通过异方向性导电膜压着连接所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面。
本实用新型的上述结构中,由于其采用双面ITO玻璃基板,所述双面ITO玻璃基板两面的ITO层通过柔性印刷电路板相互连接,其无需再另外贴装ITO膜,故其材料和加工成本低,由于所述双面ITO玻璃基板两面的ITO层通过柔性印刷电路板相互连接,无需进行桥接,其连接性好,提高了电容式触摸屏的信赖性。

见图1、图2、图3,本实用新型包括双面ITO玻璃基板,双面ITO玻璃基板的正面ITO层1为X轴向导通线路,其反面ITO层2为Y轴向导通线路,柔性印刷电路板3包括连接X轴向导通线路部分4、连接Y轴向导通线路部分5,柔性印刷电路板3靠近双面ITO玻璃基板的一侧开有两个不相邻的凹槽6、7,两个不相邻凹槽6、7中间的凸出部分即为连接X轴向导通线路部分4,两个不相邻凹槽6、7两侧部分即为连接Y轴向导通线路部分5,未装配时的连接X轴向导通线路部分4外露于连接Y轴向导通线路部分5,双面ITO玻璃基板的反面ITO层2通过异方向性导电膜8压着连接连接Y轴向导通线路部分5,连接X轴向导通线路部分4弯折后通过异方向性导电膜9压着连接双面ITO玻璃基板的正面ITO层1。

1.一种改进型电容式触摸屏,其包括ITO玻璃基板,其特征在于:所述ITO玻璃基板具体为双面ITO玻璃基板,所述双面ITO玻璃基板两面的ITO层通过柔性印刷电路板相互连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型电容式触摸屏,其特征在于:所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面ITO层为X轴向导通线路,其反面ITO层为Y轴向导通线路,所述柔性印刷电路板包括连接X轴向导通线路部分、连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述双面ITO玻璃基板的反面压着连接所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述连接X轴向导通线路部分与所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面配合压着连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进型电容式触摸屏,其特征在于:所述柔性印刷电路板靠近所述双面ITO玻璃基板的一侧开有两个不相邻的凹槽,所述两个不相邻凹槽中间的凸出部分即为所述连接X轴向导通线路部分,所述两个不相邻凹槽两侧部分即为所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,未装配时的所述连接X轴向导通线路部分外露于所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种改进型电容式触摸屏,其特征在于:所述双面ITO玻璃基板的反面通过异方向性导电膜压着连接所述连接Y轴向导通线路部分,所述连接X轴向导通线路部分弯折后通过异方向性导电膜压着连接所述双面ITO玻璃基板的正面。
