本实用新型公开了一种蒸汽锅炉烟道的余热利用装置,其特征在于它包括有:蛇形热交换管(1)、温控压力开关(2)、热水罐(3),蛇形热交换管(1)一端接有冷水进管(4),另一端通过热水管(5)、温控压力开关(2)连通热水罐(3),热水罐(3)外接出水管(6)。本实用新型使用时,将蛇形热交换管安装于锅炉的烟道内,冷水进管连接冷水,出水管连接锅炉蒸汽发生包。锅炉烟道内的烟气高温将蛇形热交换管中的水加热,水温达到特定温度后温控压力开关打开,通往热水罐存放,添加到锅炉中生产蒸汽,使锅炉的蒸汽生产率提高,节电节煤。

背景技术
在现有技术中,锅炉是企业生产中重要设备,尤其是在皮草加工企业,锅炉的使用量很大。做好节能,充分利用锅炉的热量是目前企业节能减排降低成本的重要课题。但是目前,在企业中还未将锅炉的热量完全充分利用起来,影响了能耗的降低,亟待解决。

本实用新型之目的,在于克服现有技术上述之不足,提供一种蒸汽锅炉烟道的余热利用装置,其能充分利用蒸汽锅炉烟道余热,节能降耗,降低使用成本。
为达到上述之目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案:本实用新型包括有:蛇形热交换管、温控压力开关、热水罐,蛇形热交换管一端接有冷水进管,另一端通过热水管、温控压力开关连通热水罐,热水罐外接出水管。
本实用新型采取上述技术方案,具有以下的有益效果:本实用新型使用时,将蛇形热交换管安装于锅炉的烟道内,冷水进管连接冷水,出水管连接锅炉蒸汽发生包。锅炉烟道内的烟气高温将蛇形热交换管中的水加热,水温达到特定温度后温控压力开关打开,通往热水罐存放,添加到锅炉中生产蒸汽,使锅炉的蒸汽生产率提高,节电节煤。

具体实施方式
由图1所示,本实用新型包括有:蛇形热交换管1、温控压力开关2、热水罐3,蛇形热交换管1一端接有冷水进管4,另一端通过热水管5、温控压力开关2连通热水罐3,热水罐3外接出水管6。
本实用新型根据锅炉需水情况,将储存热水加入锅炉生产蒸汽。锅炉供水完全利用烟道热交换水,有效降低了能源的消耗,提高了锅炉的热效率。
