本实用新型涉及一种用于刹车离合器的烧结固定式摩擦体装置。
背景技术
在冲床、压床、剪床、冷墩机等重力机械的旋转飞轮及主轴之间需要刹车离合器控制旋转飞轮的运转及刹车，一般刹车离合器又依摩擦体是否浸润于液压油当中而可分为干式离合器及湿式离合器二种，现有市场上干式离合器的铆钉式摩擦体装置是由刹车/离合板与摩擦块铆钉而成，其缺陷在于摩擦块磨损至铆钉处就不能再用，不能材尽其用，寿命短，进而导致更换频繁，浪费成本同时因拆卸及维修方便需要，固定式刹车板/离合板须做成两个半圆形状，但由此造成高速旋转不平衡、噪音等影响。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于刹车离合器的烧结固定式摩擦体装置，拆卸方便，达到高速运转中平衡要求，能充分利用材料，降低了成本。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种用于刹车离合器的烧结固定式摩擦体装置，包括两个半圆形刹车板，所述两个半圆形刹车板通过铁片和螺栓连接在一起，所述半圆形刹车板的内侧圆周均匀间隔分布有若干摩擦块，所述摩擦块与所述半圆形刹车板形成一体结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为：半圆状刹车板固定为一个圆状既可满足拆卸方便，又起到一个圆的作用，达到高速运转中平衡要求；摩擦块与刹车板通过烧结形成一体结构，磨损的最大限量可达到摩擦块自身厚度，充分利用了材料，降低成本，同样工作状态和摩檫材料，烧结式可使使用寿命延长1.5倍以上。
