背景技术
贯流式水轮机在转轮室与基础环之间设有伸缩节,伸缩节是用来消除管型座与基础环之间的距离因安装所引起的误差,也可调整和补偿因厂房基础变形对机组中心位置的影响。传统转轮室与伸缩节的把合结构是在转轮室法兰上开有通孔,在伸缩节法兰圆周上对应位置处开有相应的螺纹孔,然后通过螺栓实现两者的紧固。由于水轮机在运转过程中转轮室的振动传给伸缩节和与其紧固的螺栓,即转轮室与伸缩节均承受较大的负荷,所以需要通过较多的螺栓将转轮室与伸缩节紧固;又由于螺纹孔的配合误差极小,这样不仅螺纹孔的加工精度高,而且在安装时,两者的定位也要非常准确才能保证顺利安装。
