背景技术
钢-砼箱形柱内混凝土顶升施工因属于新工艺在国际国内无太多成功案例可循,相关规范对箱形柱内混凝土顶升过程中对钢柱壁板的侧向压力无明确规定,在顶升施工过程中由于顶升内压力过大导致钢柱节点部位和侧壁等容易发生柱体变形或爆裂现象,对施工成本造成较大损失,耗费人力、物力对污染的钢构件进行及时清理。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷,提供一种钢-砼箱形柱混凝土顶升管。本实用新型大大减少顶升过程中的内压力,提高箱形柱混凝土顶升施工的施工质量,节省了施工时间。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种钢-砼箱形柱混凝土顶升管,它包括一段伸入钢-砼箱形柱的钢柱的输送钢管,该输送钢管利用一个卡板和钢柱固定,所述输送钢管的管口应自下而上,并与水平面夹角为45°,且插入柱内的管口端部应为圆弧形,其管端轴线与管进口轴线夹角为135°。
本实用新型有效地改善了钢管柱顶升过程中的内压力问题,经应力应变试验数据显示,顶升过程对柱壁板的内压力大大减小,箱形柱内混凝土施工质量得到了有效的保证,而且本实用新型制作方便,成功解决了混凝土顶升施工过程中的内压力问题。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:本实用新型主要由输送钢管1、卡板(图中未能显示)组成,施工时输送管口应自下而上,并与水平面夹角为45°,且插入钢管柱2内的管口端部应为圆弧形,其管端轴线与管进口轴线夹角β为135°,输送管规格为Φ150×5mm。
钢管柱2顶升施工前输送钢管1插入柱2内部的管口轴心应与柱同轴心,并对准±0.00m标高处横隔板的开口孔。
箱形柱混凝土顶升须在箱形柱要求部位开孔(泵送口),焊接一段特制加工的泵送管与浇筑软管直接连接,泵送管应以135°角伸入箱形柱内(如图示),并在靠柱壁板位置焊接定位板,一来可以卡位,二来可以确保弯头竖直向上正对内隔板孔。该泵送管应采用无缝钢管,直径与混凝土浇筑软管相同,壁厚可比浇浇筑管稍厚,不宜小于5mm。且在短管一端间距30mm开三个长50mm宽6mm的豁口,为安装止流阀作好准备。
