一种半色织遮光布,由经丝和纬丝交织而成,所述的经丝为无光涤纶低弹丝和有光涤纶网络丝缠绕而成,所述的纬丝为无光涤纶网络丝,经丝和纬丝交织而成。无光涤纶低弹丝和有光涤纶网络丝为白色,无光涤纶网络丝为黑色,采用双面的重经组织结构织造而成,黑色的纬丝被表经和里经包履,经丝也可以染成另外的颜色,不影响遮光效果,并且色牢度高,通过轧花整理,布面立体感强。
作为优选,所述的经丝为75D/72F无光涤纶低弹丝和75D/36F有光涤纶网络丝缠绕而成,所述的纬丝为300D/96F无光涤纶网络丝。300D/96F无光涤纶网络丝作为中间芯体具有良好遮光效果,通过轧花整理后,布面具有凹凸状的立体感,非常优美。
作为优选,由双股经丝和单股纬丝织造而成。
作为优选,所述的经丝的密度为126~128根/cm,所述的纬丝的密度为25~28根/cm。经丝的高密度结构,使面料丰满厚实,不容易产生位移。
