本实用新型公开了一种托辊用迷宫接触性双密封装置,其特征在于:所述的密封装置为双密封结构,其中内密封为迷宫密封,外密封为接触式密封。所述的迷宫密封包括内迷宫以及与内迷宫配合的迷宫密封盖,其中迷宫密封盖与托辊轴为过盈配合。所述接触性外密封包括铁骨架外套和聚氨酯密封圈,聚氨酯密封圈套设在铁骨架与迷宫密封盖间,聚氨酯密封通过迷宫密封盖凸出的套接触,不与铁轴直接接触,聚氨酯密封圈与铁骨架为过盈配合。本实用新型和现有技术相比采用内迷宫、外接触式双重密封,具有密封效果好,可大大延长托辊寿命等优点。

Description

托辊用迷宫接触式双密封装置
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种托辊的密封装置,尤其是一种迷宫接触性双密封式密封装置。
二、背景技术
皮带机托辊已被煤矿广泛使用,但由于井下条件恶劣:潮湿、粉尘大、淋水大等造成井下皮带机托辊的使用寿命缩短,使得托辊的维修量大、费用高。业内技术人员指出:密封不好,尘、水易进入是造成托辊使用寿命短的主要原因。
现托辊应用较好的密封有两种:1、DTII型高密封;2、聚氨酯等材料与轴直接接触密封。两种密封都具有防尘防水,但各有缺点:DTII型高密封由于外密封存在着间隙,尘、水容易进入内密封迷宫密封,从而进入轴承使密封效果变差;聚氨酯等接触性密封由于多道接触线与托辊轴直接接触接触阻力大,且由于托辊轴为铁轴,井下尘及潮湿腐蚀,造成密封处阻力大从而加速磨损,磨损后密封破坏,使得托辊寿命缩短。
三、发明内容
本实用新型对以上不足之处,提供一种内采用迷宫和外采用接触式双密封结构,密封效果好的托辊用双密封装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
一种托辊用迷宫接触性双密封装置,所述的密封装置为双密封结构,其中内密封为迷宫密封,外密封为接触式密封,且接触型密封与铁轴不直接接触。
迷宫内密封包括内迷宫密封圈以及与内迷宫配合的迷宫密封盖,迷宫密封内注有锂基脂,迷宫封盖套设在托辊轴上且与托辊轴为过盈配合。
接触性外密封包括铁骨架外套和聚氨酯密封圈,聚氨酯密封圈套设在铁骨架与迷宫密封盖间,聚氨酯密封圈与铁骨架为过盈配合,聚氨酯密封通过迷宫密封盖凸出的套接触,不与托辊轴直接接触。内迷宫密封圈、铁骨架、聚氨酯密封圈与轴承室过盈配合。本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
接触性密封的聚氨酯密封圈套设在迷宫密封盖上,避免了聚氨酯密封圈与托辊铁轴直接接触造成的阻力大密封圈、轴磨损快的现象,外密封的密封效果得以加强,维持良好密封的时间延长。
内密封迷宫密封与原有迷宫密封相似,具有两道防尘迷宫槽,且迷宫槽内注有锂基脂,再一次进行防尘、防水,尘、水不容易进入轴承内,使轴承的密封效果得以加强。
采用双重密封结构,即使外密封损坏还有内密封进行密封,防尘、防水效果显著,使得托辊寿命大大提高、维修量减小。

五、具体实施方式
下述未述及的相关技术内容均可采用或借鉴现有技术。
如图1所示,1为托辊轴、7为托辊管体,托辊轴1外套设有轴承8,轴承8外套设有轴承室9,轴承室9外套设有托辊管体7,轴承室9内设有迷宫接触性双密封装置,托辊轴1上轴承室9外设有轴卡2。
所述的迷宫接触性双密封装置包括迷宫内密封和接触式外密封,其中迷宫密封包括内迷宫密封圈6和迷宫密封盖5,内迷宫密封圈6与轴承8接触的端面为凹形,凹形结构的凸台面紧靠轴承8的外圈,迷宫密封盖5与内迷宫密封圈6配合且套设在托辊轴1上,内迷宫密封圈6与托辊轴1为过盈配合。接触性外密封包括聚氨酯密封圈4和铁骨架外套3,聚氨酯密封圈4套设在迷宫密封盖5上,聚氨酯密封圈4外套设有铁骨架3,其中聚氨酯密封圈4与铁骨架外套3、铁骨架外套3与轴承室9、内迷宫密封圈6与轴承室9为过盈配合。
使用时,向内迷宫密封圈6与迷宫密封盖5内加注少量锂基脂进行迷宫防潮、防水。
本密封结构采用了双密封结构,密封以及防尘、防水效果好,托辊寿命比原来大幅提高。

1.一种托辊用迷宫接触式双密封装置,其特征在于:所述的密封装置为双密封结构,其中内密封为迷宫密封,外密封为接触式密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托辊用迷宫接触式双密封装置,其特征在于:
所述的迷宫密封包括内迷宫密封圈以及与内迷宫密封圈配合的迷宫密封盖,其中迷宫密封盖套设在托辊轴上且与托辊轴为过盈配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的托辊用迷宫接触式双密封装置,其特征在于:所述接触性外密封包括铁骨架外套和聚氨酯密封圈,聚氨酯密封圈套设在铁骨架与迷宫密封盖间,聚氨酯密封圈与铁骨架为过盈配合。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的托辊用迷宫接触式双密封装置,其特征在于:内迷宫密封圈、铁骨架、聚氨酯密封圈与轴承室过盈配合。
