Abstract
本实用新型涉及接骨板,尤其是一种第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板。所述接骨板片主体呈U型,该接骨板片上设置有钉孔。该接骨板避免损伤跗骨间关节面的同时还可对跗跖、跗间关节骨折脱位进行联合固定,术后可早期活动,即使负重活动过程中跗骨板断裂也容易取出。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及接骨板,尤其是一种第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板。
背景技术:
随着工矿企业和车辆的增多,越来越多的生产安全事故和交通事故使足外伤患者逐渐增加,越来越多的医生也对足外伤的治疗愈加重视,足部损伤的复杂性也不断挑战着临床足踝外科医生的治疗方法,现有的内固定器材中还没有专门用于中足跗跖、跗间关节骨折、脱位的内固定物。而现有的用于临床的跗跖、跗间关节骨折脱位的内固定器材不外乎微型接骨板、AO空心钛钉、克氏针,但这些内固定物针对足部损伤治疗有它们各自的缺点:微型接骨板虽然有直型、T型、L型等,但主体部分都为直型,对单纯跖骨骨折的治疗有它们的优势,但对同时伴有跗跖、跗间关节骨折脱位的损伤应用起来不甚理想;AO空心钛钉虽然有体积小、操作方便、可加压的优点,但它最大的缺点是跨关节固定,拧入过程中钉体螺纹对关节面的损伤及后期钉体断裂残钉留于骨内无法取出;克氏针虽然操作方便价格便宜,但固定的牢固性欠缺并且无加压作用,同时还存在针体断裂残针留于骨内无法取出的缺点。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单、使用方便、装卸安全的第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板。
解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板,包括:接骨板片,所述接骨板片主体呈U型,该接骨板片上设置有钉孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
该接骨板避免损伤跗骨间关节面的同时还可对相邻跗跖、跗间关节骨折脱位进行联合固定,术后可早期活动,即使负重活动过程中跗骨板断裂也容易取出。

以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
一种第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板,参见附图1,所述接骨板片主体呈U型,该接骨板片上设置有钉孔2。参见附图2,首先将接骨板片1展开,将接骨板片1贴敷在第二、三跖骨3和第二、三楔骨4连接处,然后根据钉孔位置及固定需要,通过医用螺钉将接骨板片1固定在第二、三跖骨和第二、三楔骨上。

1.一种第二、三跗跖关节骨折脱位微型接骨板,包括接骨板片,其特征在于,该接骨板片主体呈U型板状,其上设置有钉孔。
