背景技术
电机滑环和碳刷摩擦，由于电流的波动引起的火花极易损坏电机滑环，使滑环表面产生点坑，电机不能正常运转。尤其是大吨位电机，拆装不方便维修费用高，维修时间长，影响到正常生产。

如图1所示，包括底座1和电机轴2，所述底座通过螺栓固定车刀架3，槽钢制作车刀架，车刀架设置切削刀具，所述切削刀具4的刃与滑环5中心线重合；所述电机轴端通过夹具固定十字搬手6，十字搬手形状同舵轮。
用外力转动十字搬手使电机转子转动，车工利用车刀架的切削刀具进行加工。
