本实用新型涉及一种轨道式蓄电池仓。包括蓄电池隔板,其特征在于:在仓壁上安装有固定轨道,在蓄电池隔板上安装有活动轨道,活动轨道的前部下端有一滚轴,活动轨道的后部下端带斜角,在活动轨道的后部上下各有一滚轴,活动轨道的上的滚轴均位于固定轨道的槽内。本实用新型的优点是活动轨道的前、后、上三部分滚轴高频点接触固定轨道,活动灵活,承受力高且不易左右上下串动,保证了导轨在抽出后不下垂仍能平稳滑动的要求。

本实用新型涉及一种轨道式蓄电池仓。
背景技术
现有的通信设备舱中的蓄电池仓为隔板通过螺丝固定在仓壁内,蓄电池直接摆放在隔板上,接线安装以及维护修理时均在内部操作,当柜体深度较大时尤其操作困难。在实际应用当中很不方便(见图1)。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中蓄电池仓固定安装所存在的上述问题,提供一种轨道式蓄电池仓。本实用新型设计轨道式蓄电池仓,包括蓄电池隔板,其特征在于:在仓壁上安装有固定轨道,在蓄电池隔板上安装有活动轨道,活动轨道的前部下端有一滚轴,活动轨道的后部下端带斜角,在活动轨道的后部上下各有一滚轴,活动轨道的上的滚轴均位于固定轨道的槽内。本实用新型的优点是活动轨道的前、后、上三部分滚轴高频点接触固定轨道,活动灵活,承受力高且不易左右上下串动,保证了导轨在抽出后不下垂仍能平稳滑动的要求。

具体实施方式
图中包括蓄电池隔板1,其特征在于:在仓壁2上安装有固定轨道3,在蓄电池隔板1上安装有活动轨道4,活动轨道4的前部下端有一滚轴5,活动轨道4的后部下端带斜角,在活动轨道4的后部上下各有一滚轴5,活动轨道4的上的滚轴5均位于固定轨道3的槽6内。
由于活动轨道的后部上下各有一滚轴,活动轨道的前部下端有一滚轴,上述三个滚轴均在固定轨道的槽内。在抽动时,活动轨道的前、后、上三部分滚轴高频点接触固定轨道,活动灵活,承受力高且不易左右上下串动,保证了导轨在抽出后不下垂仍能平稳滑动的要求。
