Abstract

一种渣液分离装置,包括沼液池和沼渣池,沼液池上方有废料通道,废料通道底部有固液分离网,废料通道入口高于废料通道出口,废料通道出口处的固液分离刮板位于沼渣池的上方。废料沿倾斜的固液分离网滑动,沼液流入沼液池,沼渣被固液分离刮板刮入沼渣池,装置的结构简单,成本低,分离效率高,占地面积小。动力驱动固液分离刮板实现自动作业。

本实用新型属于固液分离装置,具体的讲是一种将生产沼气产生的沼渣和沼液进行分离的装置。
背景技术
生产沼气产生的废料中的沼渣和沼液富含有机物质,它们具有广阔的用途,是很好的有机肥料,沼渣干燥后还可以种植蘑菇等。采用沉淀池利用重力分离沼渣和沼液的缺点是耗时长,沉淀池占地多;而现有的固液分离装置结构复杂,造价高。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决现有沼渣和沼液分离装置结构复杂,成本高的技术问题,提供一种结构简单,造价低,分离效率高,占地面积小的渣液分离装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是:一种渣液分离装置,包括沼液池和沼渣池,沼液池上方有废料通道,废料通道底部有固液分离网,废料通道入口高于废料通道出口,废料通道出口处的固液分离刮板位于沼渣池的上方。
生产沼气产生的废料在重力作用下沿废料通道底部的固液分离网滑动,沼液通过固液分离网流入沼液池,沼渣滑动到废料通道出口,由固液分离刮板刮入沼渣池,实现了沼渣和沼液分离,渣液分离装置结构简单,造价低,分离效率高,占地面积小。
固液分离刮板的刮片固定在固液分离刮板轴上,固液分离刮板轴由动力驱动旋转。刮片将废料通道出口处的沼渣刮入沼渣池。
固液分离刮板轴由电机驱动旋转。
废料通道出口处的底面向沼液池倾斜。沼渣滑动到废料通道出口,在重力作用下沉积的残留沼液,沿倾斜的废料通道出口处的底面流入沼液池。

图中左侧的沼液池6与右侧的沼渣池8由垂直池壁隔开。安装在地面上的电机5连接减速机4,减速机4输出轴上的皮带轮通过皮带连接皮带轮3,皮带轮3固定连接在固液分离刮板2的固液分离刮板轴上,固液分离刮板轴由沼液池6和沼渣池8前后壁上的轴承座支承。沿固液分离刮板轴均布的八片刮片9固定在固液分离刮板轴上。
沼液池6的左侧壁高于右侧壁,沼液池6上口是废料通道7,废料通道底部是固液分离网1,固液分离网1左侧高于右侧。废料从废料通道入口进入,沿固液分离网1滑向废料通道出口的途中沼液穿过固液分离网1流入沼液池6;沼渣滑落到废料通道出口,旋转的刮片9将其刮入沼渣池8。图中没有画出沼液池6的放液口和沼渣池8的出渣口。废料通道出口处的底面向沼液池6倾斜,在重力作用下,沼渣中沉积下的残留沼液,沿倾斜的底面流入沼液池6。

1.一种渣液分离装置,包括沼液池(6)和沼渣池(8),其特征在于沼液池(6)上方有废料通道(7),废料通道底部有固液分离网(1),废料通道入口高于废料通道出口,废料通道出口处的固液分离刮板(2)位于沼渣池(8)的上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的渣液分离装置,其特征在于固液分离刮板(2)的刮片(9)固定在固液分离刮板轴上,固液分离刮板轴由动力驱动旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的渣液分离装置,其特征在于废料通道出口处的底面向沼液池(6)倾斜。
