本实用新型涉及一种汽车部件连接装配结构，尤其涉及一种饰条与装饰帽连接结构。
背景技术
为了克服车门装饰条外观不佳和削除其端部划伤车身的隐患，在该饰条的端部往往套有装饰帽。现有的饰条与装饰帽的连接方式基本采用简单的胶粘完成，具体为在饰条内腔壁涂覆胶水，然后将装饰帽的插入部插入内腔，胶水干后，即装配完成。这种方式存在如下不足：首先，装配后的饰条与装饰帽的插入部之间存在着一定的间隙，导致饰条向两侧左右晃动，造成装饰帽头部与饰条表面错位而影响外观和后续的烤漆；其次，胶水中含有有害人体健康的物质存在，对人身和环境造成危害和污染，不易在汽车零部件上使用；最后，涂胶是个繁琐的工序，要涂得均匀才行，并且，涂胶需要经过一定时间等胶水干后才算完成，效率欠高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种装配快捷无污染的汽车饰条与装饰帽连接结构。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种汽车饰条与装饰帽连接结构，包括汽车饰条和装饰帽，前述的装饰帽具有一插入部和封端于汽车饰条端部的头部，对应地，前述的汽车饰条具有供前述插入部插设的内腔，其特征在于所述的插入部上具有凸块，对应地，所述的汽车饰条内腔壁上成型有与前述凸块卡接配合的凹槽或通孔。
所述的凸块为一卡接面为倾斜状的楔形块，以便于能顺利地插入到饰条的凹槽或通孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：通过凸块与凹槽或通孔配合直接插装配合，定位准确，组合后不易脱开，方便快捷，效率提高，且不存在胶水污染的可能，安全卫生。

以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实施例汽车饰条与装饰帽连接结构包括汽车饰条1和装饰帽2，装饰帽2具有一插入部23和封端于汽车饰条1端部的头部21，对应地，汽车饰条1具有供插入部23插设的内腔11，插入部23上具有凸块24，对应地，汽车饰条1内腔壁上成型有与凸块24卡接配合的凹槽12。
凸块24为一卡接面为倾斜状的楔形块，以便于能顺利地插入到饰条1的凹槽12中。插入部23上凸设有一伸出汽车饰条的钣金卡扣件22，使汽车饰条1便于与汽车钣金件连接。
通过凸块24与凹槽12配合直接插装配合，定位准确，结合后不易脱开，方便快捷，效率提高，且不存在胶水污染的可能，安全卫生。

1.一种汽车饰条与装饰帽连接结构，包括汽车饰条和装饰帽，前述的装饰帽具有一插入部和封端于汽车饰条端部的头部，对应地，前述的汽车饰条具有供前述插入部插设的内腔，其特征在于所述的插入部上具有凸块，对应地，所述的汽车饰条内腔壁上成型有与前述凸块卡接配合的凹槽或通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车饰条与装饰帽连接结构，其特征在于所述的凸块为一卡接面为倾斜状的楔形块。
