背景技术：目前市场上主要有三种类型的充气筒，一种是普通的充气筒，不过因为费力已逐步淘汰；一种是手持式充气筒，这种充气筒压力小，充气效果差；还有一种是高压充气筒，目前应用最普遍，但是它需要双手弯腰压缩，不方便残疾人使用。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型脚踩式充气筒，用以有效的解决现有技术充气筒存在的上述缺陷。本实用新型的目的是在现有技术充气筒的基础上改进实现的，它包括一充气筒，其要点在于它还有一方框底座，所说充气筒的底盘通过铰链与底座的一端铰接，底座的另一端铰接有连杆，充气筒的活塞杆与该连杆通过铰链铰接，连杆的上端设有脚踩板，下部设有横梁，底座的另一端在其延长线上设有一突出框，突出框与上述所说横梁之间设有一拉力弹簧。
本实用新型设计新颖独特，结构简单，脚踏充气，使用方便，也适合残疾人使用，极具市场潜力。

具体实施方式：附图给出了本实用新型的具体实施例，根据图1、图2所示，图中3是充气筒，2是底座，充气筒3的底盘通过铰链一1与底座2的一端铰接，底座2的另一端铰接有连杆6，充气筒3的活塞杆与该连杆6通过铰链二5铰接，连杆6的上端设有脚踩板4，下部设有横梁7，底座2的另一端在其延长线上设有一突出框10，突出框10与上述所说横梁7之间设有一拉力弹簧9。
使用时，用脚踩脚踩板4，向前下方用力完成一次充气，松开脚踩板4，在拉力弹簧9的作用下连杆6自动复位，连续用力就可以实现不停地充气，直至充气结束。
