Abstract

本实用新型提供一种移动宽带装置,属于通信技术领域。该移动宽带装置包括:机壳、电路板和天线;天线与电路板均设置在机壳内,电路板能沿机壳滑动拉出或收缩装入;天线固置在机壳内侧,天线形成一容置收缩装入的电路板的中空空间,天线上设有接触点,该接触点与电路板的馈点电连接。该移动宽带装置在不影响天线性能的前提下,天线不再单独占用机壳内的一部分空间,有效的缩短了移动宽带装置的体积和长度,有效提高了移动宽带装置的便携性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动宽带装置。
背景技术
移动宽带产品可连接在计算机上使计算设备(计算机、掌上电脑和各种移动终端等)实现移动上网,由于通过无线信号进行数据传输,移动宽带产品一般都设置有内置天线,天线与电路板固定电气连接,为保证天线性能,往往使天线在移动宽带产品内单独占用相当大一部分空间。
现有移动宽带产品天线布局一般形式如图1所示,一般将天线2单独设置在移动宽带产品机壳内的一端,与移动宽带产品机壳内的电路板并列设置,这样天线2不会被电路板1(PCBA,Printed Cirruit Board Assembly)遮挡,可保证天线性能。这种结构的移动宽带产品,由于天线单独占用较大的一部分空间,无法使产品体积做的更小,对便携性会造成一定影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型实施方式提供一种移动宽带装置,在不影响天线性能的前提下,使得移动宽带装置体积更小,具有更好的便携性。
本实用新型实施例提供一种移动宽带装置,包括:机壳、电路板和天线;
天线与电路板均设置在机壳内,电路板能沿机壳滑动拉出或收缩装入;天线固设在机壳内侧,天线形成一容置收缩装入的电路板的中空空间,天线上设有接触点,该接触点与电路板的馈点电连接。
由上述本实用新型实施方式提供的技术方案可以看出,本实用新型实施方式中通过将天线设置在机壳内侧,在天线上形成一容置收缩装入的电路板的中空空间的结构,使得移动宽带产品在不使用状态下,收缩装入机壳内的电路板的一部分可装入到天线的中空空间中,从而使得天线不再单独占用机壳内的一部分空间,有效的缩短了移动宽带装置的体积,而使用时电路板从机壳内滑动拉出一部分,也不会影响机壳内的天线性能。

具体实施方式
为便于理解,下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
实施例
本实施例提供一种移动宽带装置,可用在计算机类产品上,实现移动宽带连接,如图2、3所示,该移动宽带装置包括:
机壳1、电路板3(PCBA,Printed Cirruit Board Assembly)和天线2;
天线2与电路板3均设置在机壳1内,电路板3上设有各种电器元件连接构成实现移动宽带连接的硬件结构,电路板3能沿机壳1滑动拉出或收缩装入;天线2固定设置在机壳1内侧,天线2形成一容置收缩装入的电路板3的中空空间201,天线2上设有接触点223(参考图4),该接触点223与电路板3的馈点31(参考图5)电气连接。
上述移动宽带装置中,天线2可采用柔性天线或金属天线,具体是天线的一侧贴紧并固定设置在机壳内壁上端,天线上端环绕设置在壳体内上端形成一中空空间。图4所示为天线结构的一种示例,天线2的一侧为扁平结构221,该扁平结构221贴紧设置在机壳1上端内壁,扁平结构221上端连接有条带结构222,所述条带结构222设置在壳体1上端,呈弧形形成一中空空间201。可以知道,图4中是天线结构的一种示例,天线一侧也可不采用扁平结构221,而根据机壳内部造型进行设置,只要能紧贴机壳内壁便于固定在机壳内的形状均可,天线上端也可不采用条带结构,只是天线上端与机壳内部固定的天线部分垂直或近视垂直来形成一个中空空间即可。因此,根据本实用新型的指导思想,天线的结构形式还可以有多种变形,只要保证该天线设置在机壳内固定,且不单独占用空间,并形成一可容置收缩装入的电路板PCBA的中空空间即可。
如图5所示,天线2的接触点223可采用弹性金属体,该弹性金属体与电路板3的馈点31弹性滑动连接;实际中,所述机壳上可以设有限位卡件,电路板上也可以设有定位卡件,电路板上的定位卡件与所述机壳上的限位卡件相对应。这样当滑动拉出和收缩装入电路板时,机壳上的限位卡件可保证电路板在一定的范围内滑动,可很好的保持电路板3的馈点31与天线2的接触点223电气连接。
上述移动宽带装置中,天线贴紧固定设置在机壳内侧,天线形成一中空空间,在移动宽带装置不使用状态下,使电路板可以收缩到该天线的中空空间中从而可以有效节省体积,有效缩短整个移动宽带装置的长度,在移动宽带装置使用状态下电路板可以从机壳滑动拉出,从而电路板从机壳内天线所形成的内部空间中拉出,此时,天线的作为接触点的弹性金属体与电路板的馈点电气导通,这样在使用时也不会影响天线性能。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例中通过将天线设置在机壳内侧,并使天线形成一中空空间,从而可以在移动宽带装置不使用状态下,使得电路板可以收缩到天线的中空空间中,可以使移动宽带装置的整机长度再缩短10mm左右,可以大大提高移动宽带产品的体积及便携性。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (6)

1.一种移动宽带装置,其特征在于,包括:机壳、电路板和天线;
天线与电路板均设置在机壳内,电路板能沿机壳滑动拉出或收缩装入;天线固设在机壳内侧,天线形成一容置收缩装入的电路板的中空空间,天线上设有接触点,该接触点与电路板的馈点电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动宽带装置,其特征在于,所述天线为柔性天线或金属天线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动宽带装置,其特征在于,所述天线的接触点为弹性金属体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动宽带装置,其特征在于,所述天线的一侧贴紧并固定设置在机壳内壁上端,天线上端环绕设置在壳体内上端形成一中空空间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的移动宽带装置,其特征在于,所述接触点与电路板的馈点弹性滑动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的移动宽带装置,其特征在于,所述机壳上设有限位卡件,电路板上设有定位卡件,电路板装入机壳后,电路板上的定位卡件与所述机壳上的限位卡件相对应。
