本实用新型涉及一种LED灯散热器,具体地讲是一种LED灯专用新型散热器。
背景技术
现有的LED灯散热器,都是直接采用没有经过任何加工处理的金属型材,这种形式的散热器,虽然结构简单,但因其为固定结构的金属型材,所以周围的冷空气不能很好的与中间的散热翼很好的接触,散热效果较差。尤其在大功率LED灯上使用时,由于散热效果不好,容易导致LED的严重光衰,甚至出现“死灯”的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种加工工艺简单、散热效果良好而又成本低的LED灯专用新型散热器。
其技术方案是:包括散热器本体和片状结构的翼片,散热器本体的上表面与翼片为紧密配合,并均匀排列。所述翼片为中间高侧边低的阶梯状排列结构,翼片上设置有沟槽。
其中,所述翼片上沟槽的宽度至少为1mm。所述散热器本体上还设有固定孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有结构简单、散热效果良好及成本低的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案:
如图1-图3所示,一种LED灯专用新型散热器,包括散热器本体1和片状结构的翼片2,散热器本体1的上表面与翼片2为紧密配合,并均匀排列。所述翼片2为中间高侧边低的阶梯状排列结构,翼片2上设置有沟槽3。所述翼片2上沟槽3的宽度至少为1mm。所述散热器本体1上还设有固定孔4。
本实用新型是在翼片2上按一定比例、间距加工出一定宽度的沟槽3是为了空气受热上升,冷空气能够从沟槽3中进入,提高散热性能。其侧面散热翼片2相对中间散热翼片高度较低,是为了周围的冷空气能够充分的与散热器中间的热流集中区域充分接触,散热效果大大的提高。

1.一种LED灯专用新型散热器,包括散热器本体和片状结构的翼片,散热器本体的上表面与翼片为紧密配合,并均匀排列,其特征在于所述翼片为中间高侧边低的阶梯状排列结构,翼片上设置有沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯专用新型散热器,其特征在于所述翼片上沟槽的宽度至少为1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯专用新型散热器,其特征在于所述散热器本体上还设有固定孔。
