本实用新型涉及一种折弯模具，具体提供一种DVD主体板折弯模具。
背景技术
现有技术下的折弯模具，尤其是DVD主体板折弯模具，其加工的对象都是镀锌板，在材料表面镀有一层光亮的锌层，产品要求表面不能有划伤。目前的折弯模具，其结构是冲头安装在下模板上，模具向下运动。材料受到冲头的作用，产品折弯处与冲头产生摩擦，产生擦伤。这种折弯模具结构对产品的擦伤比较严重，对于镀完锌的材料不适用，产品上严重的擦伤造成产品的不合格，而且不便于修模。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对以上不足，提供一种设计合理、结构简单、操作方便、制作成本低、冲模效果好的DVD主体板折弯模具。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种DVD主体板折弯模具，包括模具座，所述模具座上滑动设置有压块，所述压块下方正对冲头，所述冲头两侧设置有滚轮。
冲头内表面与水平方向呈87°夹角。
本实用新型将原有的摩擦式折弯结构改变为滚动式折弯结构，将下模的冲头装上滚轮，再将冲头角度变为87°，将固定压块变为滑块式；模具合模时，材料在冲头的作用下进行折弯，滚轮保护产品没有划伤，87°的角度将产品折成向内微微歪斜的样子，在开模时材料产生回弹，达到90°的效果。
本实用新型改变了原有的结构，这种折弯方式避免了产品产生划伤，便于改模，使每个产品冲压出来干净漂亮。

冲头3内表面与水平方向呈87°夹角。
本实用新型的一种DVD主体板折弯模具，其模具合模时，材料在冲头3的作用下进行折弯，滚轮4保护产品5没有划伤，87°的角度将产品5折成向内微微歪斜的样子，在开模时材料产生回弹，达到90°的效果。
