[0012] 本实用新型具有如下优点:整体结构简单、紧凑,占地面积少,所需动力较少;生 物池的高度低于厌氧池的高度,这样在厌氧池和生物池、生物池和膜池之间形成了水的自 然流动,无需增加动力设备,节省了能源;生物池的底部与膜池的底部之间通过管道连接, 这样在生物池和膜池之间形成了不间断的水流循环,生物池中的水流向膜池,膜池中水又 回到生物池中,以此循环,净水被抽出,且生物池中可维持高浓度的微生物量,提高处理系 统的容积负荷;膜池内的水经平板构型膜组件过滤后再经消毒后成为清水流入清水池中; 采用平板构型的膜组件,具有通水量大、抗冲击性好、耐污染、易清洗、寿命长、出水水质好 等特点,由于膜存在提高系统固液分离的能力,微生物被完全截留在膜池中,实现了水力停 留时间与活性污泥泥龄的彻底分离,消除了传统活性污泥的膨胀问题。

[0015] 如图1所示的污水处理装置,包括顺次连接的调节池1 、厌氧池2、生物池3、膜池4 和清水池5,生物池3的高度低于厌氧池2的高度,调节池1的进水端与格栅6连接,调节 池1内设有潜水泵7,潜水泵7的出水口连接有设有阀门8的出水管道9,出水管道9的另 一端通入厌氧池2内;生物池3和膜池4内均设有曝气装置10,曝气装置10的进气口通过 管道11与风机14连接,生物池3的底部与膜池4的底部之间通过管道12连接,管道12上 设置有阀门13 ;膜池4内设有平板构型的膜组件15,膜组件15的出水口通过管道16与抽 吸泵17连接,抽吸泵17的出水管与消毒设备19连接,抽吸泵17的出水管上设有阀门18, 消毒设备19的出水口设有通入清水池5的管道20。
[0016] 本实用新型的污水处理装置运行时,污水经格栅6过滤后流入调节池1,在调节池 1内缓冲后,潜水泵7将污水抽入厌氧池2并经厌氧菌降解,厌氧池2内的污水聚满后自然 流入生物池3内,生物池3和膜池4下部设有连通的管道12,在生物池3和膜池4之间形成 不间断的水循环,污水在生物池3内经好氧菌降解,曝气装置10向生物池3和膜池4内通 入氧气,处理后的污水在膜池4内经膜组件15过滤再由抽吸泵17吸入消毒设备19进行消 毒后成为清水储存在清水池5中,完成污水的处理过程。
Claims (7)
- 一种污水处理装置,其特征在于:包括顺次连接的调节池、厌氧池、生物池、膜池和清水池,所述调节池内设有潜水泵,潜水泵的出水口连接有出水管道,出水管道的另一端通入厌氧池内;所述生物池和膜池内均设有曝气装置,曝气装置的进气口与风机连接;所述膜池内设有膜组件,膜组件的出水口与抽吸泵连接,抽吸泵的出水管与消毒设备连接,消毒设备的出水口设有通入清水池的管道。
- 2. 如权利要求1所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述生物池的高度低于厌氧池的 高度。
- 3. 如权利要求1或2所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述调节池的进水端与格栅连接。
- 4. 如权利要求3所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述生物池的底部与膜池的底部 之间通过设有阀门的管道连接。
- 5. 如权利要求4所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述膜组件为平板构型。
- 6. 如权利要求5所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述潜水泵连接的出水管道上设 置有阀门。
- 7. 如权利要求6所述的污水处理装置,其特征在于:所述抽吸泵的出水管上设有阀门。
