技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种在腰椎外科手术中使用的椎板拉钩。
技术背景
椎板拉钩是腰椎手术中的常用器械,其结构包括前端、本体和尾部,前端设于本体前部,带有单齿,本体为整体板材。由于在腰椎手术中经常会遇到后部肌肉紧张的情况,使用现有单齿椎板拉钩容易滑动,固定不稳,撑开暴露效果差,易损伤神经。在行椎弓根螺钉植入手术中,因术中需X线透视,为避遮挡需要将其取出,故使用很不方便,且反复动作会损伤周围肌肉软组织,增加手术时间,增加出血量。在腰椎双侧手术时,传统的椎板自动撑开器撑开力不足,不利于椎弓根钉植入,并有软组织损伤较重的弊端。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提出一种撑开固定稳定性好,使用方便,可有效缩短手术时间,不会阻挡X射线,并能减少对患者损伤风险的叉状镂空椎板拉钩。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型叉状镂空椎板拉钩包括前端、本体和尾部,所述前端位于所述本体的下端,所述本体的上部弯折后形成尾部,所述前端上设有分叉,所述分叉的两头呈尖齿状。
上述叉状镂空椎板拉钩,所述分叉为U形或V形。
上述叉状镂空椎板拉钩,所述U形或V形分叉的凹口底端形成限深槽。
上述叉状镂空椎板拉钩,所述本体的中部镂空。
上述叉状镂空椎板拉钩,所述尾部带有U形弯钩。
本实用新型由于采用了上述技术结构,临床使用时,将前端的叉状部分横架于横突基底部的两端,叉状尖齿端可以有效勾住横突基底部软组织并将其固定,叉状部分的尾端为限深槽,可以有效限制叉状部分的深度,并抵住横突的远端部分,充当支点,如此形成三点固定,十分稳固不易滑动,拉钩向外牵拉时可以将腰部肌肉、软组织推向外侧,通过稳定的撑开固定,能充分暴露椎板、小关节横突基底部分,使手术更快捷方便。镂空部分在行椎弓根钉植入手术时不会遮挡X线透视,因而手术过程中无须反复放置取出,方便操作。该装置可以单侧使用也可以双侧使用,单侧使用时使用绷带将带弯钩的尾部固定于手术床边即可,双侧使用时可单独使用,也可以配合框架式自动撑开装置双侧暴露完成绝大多数腰椎双侧手术。该装置使用时稳定性好,无遮挡,使用方便,能一次到位,手术中无须反复调整,可以有效的缩短手术时间,并能减少神经损伤风险,减少软组织损害。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型叉状镂空椎板拉钩包括前端1、本体2和尾部3,前端1位于本体2的下端,前端1上设有V形分叉4,V形分叉4的两头呈尖齿状,V形分叉4的凹口底部为限深槽5。本体2的中部镂空,形成空腔6。本体2的上部弯折后形成尾部3,尾部3带有U形弯钩7。
本实用新型结构中,分叉也可以采用U形或类似形状。限深槽5的深度可设计为小于0.5cm,前端分叉4的最大距离小于等于横突基底部的最大横径,一般可设置为1cm。由于本体2为镂空,故本体2的厚度应当加强,根据不同材质厚度可以不一致,一般可设定为3mm。

1.叉状镂空椎板拉钩,包括前端、本体和尾部,所述前端位于所述本体的下端,所述本体的上部弯折后形成尾部,其特征在于,所述前端上设有分叉,所述分叉的两头呈尖齿状。
2.如权利要求1所述的叉状镂空椎板拉钩,其特征在于,所述分叉为U形或V形。
3.如权利要求2所述的叉状镂空椎板拉钩,其特征在于,所述U形或V形分叉的凹口底端形成限深槽。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的叉状镂空椎板拉钩,其特征在于,所述本体的中部镂空。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的叉状镂空椎板拉钩,其特征在于,所述尾部带有U形弯钩。
